I Am Used To Adjustments Of A Few Cents Either Way But Have Lost $1.50 today?

I have no idea but I sure would be very upset. They do things and then don't explain. It is not fair to do something so drastic and not give an explanation. It should be a part of the rules that if they are going to make a change like that that they give us some kind of reason so that we know why. I think we should be told if there is a change in money or points.

Ellie I never had a discussion being deleted and that never happened to me. Maybe you participate in discussions that were delete or is just a mistake of MyLot, keep checking with them and let me know what possibly could be!

I'm not sure what it could be, I don't lose my earnings often and if I do it's only a couple of cents, nothing more. I hope you will get a satisfying answer by mylot soon as I have no idea how to explain this excessive drop. All the best!

Ellie... this is a drastic amount, I agree, but it happens every month around this time, that your earnings fluctuate as Mylot weed out the discussions and adjust the payments ready for end of month earnings close. You might find that your earnings go up again. I've never had more than about 80 cents difference but what happens is, all discussions that don't meet guidelines are deleted, including responses, then the revenue from those discussions is totalled up and shared between the active members on the site. So, earnings go down, and then up again. Good luck... I hope you reached payout without that $1.50 as it can be most frustrating if you lose your payout level through these adjustments. Uh-oh! It's the end of the month weirdiness on Mylot again! Every month, since I started, I've seen flucuations in my earnings around the last week of the month. I think Mylot just starts housecleaning the last week cause payday is coming up. Everyone suffers!

Hi ellie333. I have been a little disconnected from myLot for the past 3 days as we have had guests. (Right now, they are at the X Files movie). So, I haven't even been checking my myLot stuff once a day. That does sound like a large amount to be taken. I have to wonder if an error was made and they had to go in and correct the amount, or something like that. Does mylot have a "help" email address that you can send an email to to ask about this? If so, they might tell you specifically what happened. Good luck.

Well, there are times I noticed that my earnings, had a difference of few cents from the previous but it never happened that big amount of decrease? Oh!! well, what I have noticed today when I logged was that my earnings since last Friday is still the same until now even if I had participated last Friday. I suppose to have my earnings adjusted today from that Friday activity? but it is still the same. I don;t know what is happening. I just presumed that things are like that sometimes here.

I think this is a common thing here. I have experience also with that earnings not adjusted in 1 or 2 days.. I was wondering when it happened to me but I never had experience that big amount. Yes, it is better to inquire from the mylot staff maybe the know about it.

Was that a glitch of some sort, or has it continued to show that your earnings went down by $1.50? That would be a lot to loose in a day for sure. If I were you, I would want to know why for sure as well, and probably question the owners of myLot to look into it for you. I have had my (number) go down from time to time, and sometimes my earnings just barely go up, but never a decrease. I hope this ended up to be just a glitch or oversite for you, and all things are back to normal. If not, just keep on doing what you are doing and I am sure you will make this back up and more in no time.

I dont know why that would have happened to you. Usually I end up getting more throughout the cours of the day than I started with. I think I soemtimes get a few cents for best response and the like. I really dont know what could have happened I hope my lot gets back to you soon. Tjhat would drive me crazy.

hi ellie333 I am as puzzled as you I havenever seen my earnings or my points go down by more than a fewcents but $1.50 thats'really unusual. I am glad you emailed mylot as it must' be a glitch. now I have seen my points go down as much as 20 but thats due to mylot deleting some discussions but never my earnings. this must be an error of some kind.

i believe they do not like you anymore xD i really do not know why you have lost such amount of money. you lost more than i have actually in my balance Oo well, i just hope this lost money find some new better owner. the one that take care of him :D

may be some one has marked some abuse to one of your discussions and mylot has cut that amount from you. may be your amount is just waiting to get refreshed thats all. anyways, dont worry, you will be answetred by mylot
