if you had to give up either the computer or your phone which one would it be

i would give up my phone. Of course. I can make money from the internet, and I can buy new phone. I can't live without computer and the internet, so I'd rather die than giving my computer away

I would probably give up the phone because dont forget you can make calls from your computer. I guesss I would at least one phone though. I have a regular phone and a cellphone and I have thought about giving up one of them. I dont know if i would truly give up the phone but I feel like I could.

My phone without a doubt! I go crazy when i have problems with my internet. I'm 31 now, but i resisted to have a cell phone till my 21 years.

For me in particular that's a hard choice. I earn every cent I get using the computer either posting, blogging, or just plain writing in Microsoft Word. So if I gave up the computer I would be pennyless, except for the benefits the government gives me. I have been there before and don't care to go back. However, I use my cell phone to call my personal assistants (I'm disabled) if I need something in the night. The things I need are very basic and I couldn't do without a phone to inform someone I need help. For example, if I need to go to the bathroom or be repositioned in my bed I call on the phone for help. I can't yell loudly enough for them to hear me when they are sleeping but the ringing of the phone wakes them up and lets them get some sleep between when I need them. I suppose if I had to give up one or the other, I could just cheat. If I had to give up a phone I would take pot lids to bed with me and bang on them when I needed something. God help my neighbors! If I had to give up the computer I could just go to a local college or the public library to use one. So I guess it would be possible for me to undertake your challenge although I wouldn't like it.

I do not have a cell phone, and I have lived well enough without one, so I think that I would have no problem giving that up if I did have one. I used to, but that was for a very short period of time, where my grandmother had bought one for my sister and me. My sister fell in love with hers, and it has become an extension of her hand, but I do not like talking on any sort of phone, so I did not like it that much.

Definitely, it would be the cell phone! I could send and receive text messages thru the computer so I don't really care... But of course, I still won't prefer to lose it.

I would give up my phone, as i love my computer so much and i can talk to most of my friends on here anyway so i don't think I would be very happy wityhout my computer, I pay all my bills on the computer and most companies these days make it so hard to pay bills on the phone with all ther multy menu's and such...

I would give up my phone. I don't use the phone that much any how. I do use the computer every day. And not only that they have where you can set up getting phone calls through the computer. So even if I gave up the phone I still would be able to use the phone by setting it up through the computer.

The phone. I always need the computer for something. And I'm always working on stuff, so that's why I picked it. I don't use a cell phone right now and I can honestly say that I don't get the appeal of them. I understand the fact that they are necessary in case of an emergency, but people seem obsessed with features and stuff. I don't know, I don't get cell phones. Call me old fashioned.
