Do you like green,red,orange, or yellow bell peppers?  

I like them all. But I prefer to have my green peppers fresh and uncooked!! Yummmm...I always prepare some when I make a veggie tray, even tho I am usually the only one eating them:)
But when I'm cooking I prefer to use the red and yellow varieties, they cook up better, and hold their flavor better than the green ones.

I like the green and yellow coloured the most.Apart from that I like red colored bell pepper also. They tend to make the food colorful also and taste good also. I think if the food is good looking then you feel like eating food.

I prefer red or orange. They are sweeter. Last year I bought a pack of mixed color pepper seeds so I had those plus the chocolate and purple peppers.

I like all of the peppers that they have on the market. But have you noticed that the others red, orange and yellow. Cost more than the green ones in the store? That is one of the reason that I kind of stick to just the green cause when it come to price they are the cheapest of all the peppers.

I love them all, but I will agree with you that the green are one not as tasty and two cause me to burp alot. That is really weird, because I am told the colored ones are just green ones that were allowed to stay on the vine a little longer, so why do they not cause burping then?

I usually use green and like them the best....but if I am making kabobs then I like to use all of them for the color! They are so pretty and taste good too when they are grilled with the meat and some onion.

I love red peppers. It is the only kind that I will eat raw because of the mild flavor but I also love them roasted and sauteed. Roasted red peppers on a sandwich is out of this world. I sometimes mix them with green when I am making sausage sandwiches. Red peppers in fajitas are also great. Unfortunately they are so expensive. I never buy them unless I can get them really cheap and then I will put them in everything.

I like all flavours of bell peppers, i usually use rd, green & yellow or orange and make a sir fry, bolognaise or kebabs.

BELL peppers are all the same, It's the genetics that they play with to give you the colours.

You name a colour and they most like to be able to produce it.

And there is no BLUE food, if its BLUE then its coloured.

What you say BLUE berry, have you looked at that colour, NOT BLUE.
