I recently came across a very interesting article in Ode Magazine about, of all things,'Laughter Yoga'. I was amazed to discover that there are Laughter Yoga clubs all over the word. These people don't depend on jokes or funny stories to make them laugh, they just do it. If anyone is interested and want to watch the video go to:

Who knows there may be a club near you, or some of you may already be members. See what you think.

Hi Pose123! I agree that Laughter is the best medicine but this is the first time I have heard of a "Laughter Yoga". Sounds interesting and fun. haha..I have watched the video that you have shared here and at first, I find the people really kinda weird and looks like they have some loose screws. haha..However, when I really think about this, what they are doing is really admirable. They are teaching people how to release those negativity in their system, and to sustain laughter and happiness within without having to have a reason to justify being simply happy within. I do like this kind of laughing regimen..I don't think there is a laughter club here in our area but that wouldn't stop me from doing it myself. I can always look in the mirror and just laugh my heart out each morning. I think that will be a great way to start my day too. haha.. I think my husband will find me weird when he sees me doing this. haha...Thanks for sharing this my friend.
Take care always..God Bless!

I read about this group a couple of years ago. It was called the Laughter Club, or something like what you mentioned, and I was interested if they had any of them near me. There was one in my state, but none anywhere close to where it would be practical of me to try to attend. It's a shame because I think it would be fun.

Such Laughter Yoga is common in Asia.
Such a Laughter Club exists in my neighborhood. However, they are usually attended by the retirees.
I think it's good for the retirees to join such a club as it brings companionship and joy into their lives.
It's good if more younger people can join as Laughing can help to de-stress.

I watched it on tv regarding the laughter yoga. It sounds great and very healthy. It releases all your tensions and makes you feel really, really good. I even laugh at their session because it is contagious.
