How did you spend your first pay.  

hi rytn...i am in the process of having it deposited in my bank account. and i have gone over and over how i will use it. i thot once of buying something online. then i thot of it going towards gas money. then i thot just doing something fun with it. i guess i won't know until it actually happens.i has been fun to contemplate it.

I took my very first paycheck & bought a ring for my Grandmother. It was a lovely Mother's ring. Instead of putting her 3 children in the ring which wasn't very pretty, I had all 6 of her Grandchildren put in the ring & then called it a Grandmother's ring. She wore it for 21 years without ever takin it off. Just before she died, she took it off & gave it to my Aunt...telling her to make sure it returned to me. I have worn it for the last 19 years never takin it off. The stones were placed from the oldest grandchild to the youngest. It turned every other stone was an Amethyst. The other 3 looked lovely between the Amethyst. I am proud to wear her ring!!!

I got my first pay cheque when I was sixteen.
Did a part time job working as a assistant in an arcade.
It was quite fun doing that job!

Spent my first pay on a mini compo which I put in my bedroom for listening pleasure!
I think the set is still around. It is with my mother now. I do not know if she has sold it away or not.

Oh that was so long ago. My first job was 20 years ago. I worked at a shoe store so I probably bought shoes. I bought a lot of shoes while I worked there.
Paychecks are never as big as you want them or possibly need them to be.
Get something for yourself. Even if it is just a little something. You earned it.

I remember spending it to buy more business type clothes. I also spent some of it to treat my family to pizza. Also I used some of it for my insurance and luckily it was a good investment. I spent some of it too buying some magic props for my magic of course.

Congratulations! Hope you spend it on something memorable so that someday you can tell your grandchildren: Look, I bought this with my first paycheck! Or if its too little to buy anything valuable enough, have it framed haha

I had a part-time job when I was in college, worked as a salesgirl. Wages was barely enough to see me through the week. I spent it all on food (something really memorable, huh?)

My first pay, when I got it, wasn't big. All I managed to do with it was, buy a few symbolic gifts for my elders. Got dad a shirt, mom a sari, grandpa a sweater and grandma a shawl. And with that, i had already over run my first pay :-)

I have no idea when will I get my first pay. However, most probably, I will spend it to invest in FOREX trade.

I am also a college student . I also confused about how to earn the first sum of money! I have imaged how to use it !I will save it until I have enough money to buy a present to my family !I think my parents will be very happy about that!

hi congratulations. dont be deppressed if it is not enough for ur expendityure. aftr all it is ur first self earnd money. be happy,try to earn more in future.
i remeber wen i got my first earning .it was in my colege days ,at evening i worked in a tuition centre. wen first got my pay part of it i given to mom.and one part i given to my friend ,whose father died on that day, and he was in need of money.
