 i know that we have all probably thought about this before, i know that i have, whenever you are out somewhere(maybe the parking lot or something like that)and you see a penny or a dime or something like that do you bend down and pick it up or do you just keep on going and not even pay any attention to it, i know that most of the time i have picked it up and sometimes i have left it if i am in a big hurry or its in something(like maybe oil or something like that) i know some people don't like bending over and picking it up but some people don't care, so what about all of you do you pick up a penny when you see it? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all have a great evening and night and the rest of your week is really good as well...thanks!

Especially if it doesn't look like anyone just dropped it a moment ago. I remember one time, I found two or three one dollar bills sitting out in the parking lot at school. The money had been frozen into a layer of ice, but when I dug them out, they were just fine. Since no one had been around for a day or more since they were dropped, I took them (otherwise they would have gone straight to the office for lost and found).

Now that we are doing better, I will bend over to get a quarter because we don't have that many quarters, but we use them to buy water (water is 25 cents a gallon). I don't bend over to pick it up because I always think that someone who really needs the penny or a child who will be thrilled to find it will be able to get it if I leave it. I don't know how many pennies I leave behind actually get picked up by excited children or people who need the penny, but I feel good about leaving it there.
