a touchpad is okay for me when i do simple things in the computer like coding an typing since i usually forgot to bring a mouse when i carry my laptop somewhere.. But i prefer to use the mouse when i surf the net, using photoshop and the like.. Its hard for the touchpad to do this since this requires precision (especially the photoshop thing).. And also, when i use touchpad, i usually get tired easily since it stresses my fingers and my hands..

Yes u are right but if we had to use mouse only why did laptops have touchpads to do?

I also like mouse it's difficult to get use to the touchpad for me.

I like my touchpad more than the mouse. but when it comes to graphic design and accurate pointing stuff then I have to connect my mouse.

in some programs, its hard for us to use touchpad and if you use mouse, things become easier.that;s depends.

I hate the touch pads. My fingers just don't work that well anymore. I always use a mouse! BTW - Welcome to mylot!
