Yeah, They said she laughed so hard she went into labor. Now that is funny, that will be a story to tell the baby when they grow up.

I had some pre labor driving home from work. Not fun. At least she was enjoying herself! Laughter is the best medicine. I hope everything turned out ok!

Hahaha, no, I didn't read about that one. That must have been one darned funny comedy act lol. I wonder if she made it to the hosp. in time or if she had it there at the comedy club. Just proves when labor's ready, it doesn't matter where you are...when it's time, it's TIME!

Well, at least she wasn't hours in agony. I know what a quick labour is like, my last being only 1 hour long. And funnily enough, I had been watching the movie Rush Hour at the time, so I guess laughing might be a good way to bring on a stubborn bubs.

I never heard about this one, but I am sure things like this can happen. As they say that "Laughter is often the Best medicine", maybe they need to bring more people in to get women to laugh more when in labor to help make it an easier birth for them? Just a thought.

This is the first I've heard of that story, but if it helped her with her contractions, and helped get the baby out in a quick and painless way, then there just might be something to the idea of giving birth in comedy clubs, and other places where the sense of laughter is excercised. I guess laughter really is the best medicine.
