Do you buy souvenirs when you travel ?

Hello my friend... I sure do. I love collecting souvenirs from my travels. With the job that I have, I have to go to places and whenever I go to a new place, I usually buy something that is uniquely from their area or something that has the name of the place. Both if they have it. That's why at home, I have an area where I put all my souvenirs plus I have a little map where I stick pins with tiny pictures of the places I've been to.

Yes I do. I take pictures too. Since you have said everything I could think of, I have nothing else to say, except. They bring back some special memories and the fun you had, they people you met, the food you ate, the country cultures and so on. Wasn't it wonderful!!!!

I do like buy souvenirs when I go to travel. Buying souvenirs is like keeping the memory about the place I went. I will buy every time I go to travel or vacation. I also will buy for my friends. I have collection for souvenirs. I will be unique souvenirs from vacation. I also will buy postcard and send it to my family.

I always like to buy souvenirs from places I've visited, though I'm not really into the traditional kitschy stuff, that breaks after two minutes. I find that my memory is prompted most by sounds and smells, so I often buy local perfumes, or something that would remind me of a place I'd seen, like a leather item.

Hello Green Line. I have been traveling for the last twenty one years to many different countries and destinations. I always buy souvenirs for my collections at home. My favorite collection is of costume dolls from around the world. I have got a lovely collection of them from lots of different countries. Sometimes I find lovely unusual ones like one carved out of wood in Romania but in Estonia they were mass produced and very expensive. I have a collection of picture postcards and have got these from lots of different places in my home country and abroad. I collect foreign currency and the best I have are a triangular coin and three dollar note from the Cook Islands. I get a t-shirt for my mum and a fridge magnet for my sister. I love traveling and my souvenirs give me many wonderful memories. Along with my costume dolls I have a little wooden horse from Sweden.

Yeah when I go on vacation I like to get as least one souvenir so I can remember. Wich I usally get one even though its hard when I go on a cruise because I would like to get a souvenir where ever we go to but thats just to much stuff to carry and to much money to spend.

I tend to just keep small momentos of trips - such as local bus tickets or tickets to the local attractions. I just had a weekend away and have put the sand that fell out of my clothes into a small box. If I find something I like that was made locally, I would buy it.

when i have money to spare i do buy souveneirs when i travel. Common souveneirs are like printed shirts, caps, mugs, bracelets, accessories, basg, mostly native products of the specific tourist destination you have been.

Buying souvenirs is a must whenever I travel be it for work or leisure. Native delicacies are a must in my souvenir list. I also like to buy shirts and other items that will fit my luggage. The 'biggest' souvenir purchase i made was an antique wooden coffee table which i spontaneously bought during an official trip to Vigan, Ilocos Sur (Philippines). I fell in love with the table and one of my supervisors urged me to get it. Good thing it fit on the suv. :) When my family saw it, they were like, "why in the world did u buy that?!" oh yeah, and a month later, there was a furniture fair at a mall nearby and i saw the exact same piece! but it was 4x the price i paid for so i still think it was worth buying.

I like to buy souvenirs everytime i went to the different cities.I think i can't often come to the different cities and some places i might not come back them again.I will keep to recognise them.
