I use fabric softener on my clothes for they make my clothes smell good and they also help me iron my clothes specially my uniforms with ease. Its really easy to iron and I can save time and energy. How about you mylotters, do you use fabric softener on your clothes? Have a nice day and take care!!!!

The repair guys say not to use the dispenser for fabric sofeners. So we don't use fabric sofeners

my front loading washer has dispensers in the front and the fabric softener molds in it - the mold clogs the hoses to the washer. So, now you have a clogged hose and more mold in the house. These front loaders are kind of fussy machines - they want low suds soap, they like full loads, they don't like fabric softeners... weird huh?

Yes, I always use a fabric softener when I wash my clothes. I like the lavender and camomile the best. Whenever it is raining (which is almost always), I hang the clothes on the radiators for a while before putting them into the clothes dryer. This way, there is always a nice fresh smell in the house.

I don't use fabric softner very often . I do have some in the house but have had the same bottle now for a couple of years . I don't worry about ironing so maybe that is why I don't find it all that great . I have dryer balls for my dryer and find as long as I get them out as soon as they are dry then I don't have to worry about ironing . Although fabric softner does leave a nice smell to the clothes and you get no smell with the dryer balls .

I use both dryer sheets and liquid. I ran out of the liquid once and noticed a difference so I make sure I have some on hand all the time. I love the smell.

I use the Snuggle Exhilarations Fabric Softner. I love how it makes the clothes smell, and how easily it make ironing. I love everything about it, and my kids like that little bear lol. I do a lot of laundry so i have to buy the economic size to get more for my money, but hey it works for me. But personally i love fabric softner, and i would go without it.

I do use either fabric softener or just a cup with vinegar in the rinse water. The vinegar is less expensive and it works just the same, but sometimes I am too lazy to go and get it and use the fabric softener LOL I don't really care much for the smell and often buy the unscented ones. Clean clothes smell nice even without them. THe main reason for me to use softeners is because when we don't the clothes feel rough and scratchy. I used to hate that when I was back home. WIsh you are having a beautiful sunday :)

I always use fabric softener on all of my laundry except for my towels. I find that when I use softener on my towels that they are not as absorbant.

I also use fabric softener on my and my baby's clothes... this tend to make the clothes smell really nice when i fold them... and even if the clothes were dried without the help of the sun... they will still smell good... unlike when we do not use fabric softener...

It is a good idea to use fabric softener on your clothes, but I have never used it. Usually when my clothes are washed and when they are collected inside the house, I always hang them in my big cabinet on the hangers to make them look good.

I do agree with you that using fabric softener in our clothes is one of the best thing that the scientist invented it for it is really helping us to make our household chores like washing with a good smell in the way it would dry and then most especially when I would make it ironing it is very easy and fast with a good smell.......that would stay until you wore the clothes.

I do us softener and I also use dryer sheets. They both help keep with wrinkles and in the winter they help with static electricity.

Hi, Zelmarg. I used to use fabric softener in the washing machine, when I washed my clothing. Now, I don't use it anymore. If I used it, it wasn't as often as I would have liked to. It does make my clothes smell good and it leaves them feeling so soft and cuddly.
