Do you Love Rain?

Hi! Srikala! When I am driving my bike and it starts raining (and unfortunately if I do not have my rain coat with me) I just do not stop (specially if I'm returning home from office).............I just keep enjoying the falling rain, provided it is not raining cats and dogs.

Hi Deepak, I agree that we can enjoy rain while sitting at home or in office. While travelling rain really give so many hazards and traffic blockings are really horrible. Thanks for sharing your views. Pl do enjoy it.

Oh, you really enjoyed rain in your childhood. Nice to read your response and thanks for sharing the same. But I never played in rain, I liked to watch it. We also made paper boat and floated in the courtyard.

Yes, it's a fun game. But my parents just allowed me to play within the house compound. They won't let me play far away alone. But they will accompany to explore the country side not far away from our village. Sometimes, it rains while we were cycling home. It's really fun to be riding bikes in the rain too. But it feel painful when the rain drops keep hitting on the skin.

Ok, your parents were much concerned about you. It is natural especially when a rainy day. They just wanted to avoid the dangers.

But I was in school I hate rain especially when reopen the school. The very first day there must be heavy rain, we became sad, do you know why, and our new dresses got wet by rain. We were using umbrella but in heavy rain there is no use. We had to attend the class with the same dress. I also really laughed when reading that rain helped to wash your car. Thanks for the response back. Well, our parents restrict us from getting wet. The only time we had to get wet was on our way to home from school. My first school was walking distance away from my school.

Hello Sir, How are you and madam? Hope both of your health is alright. I was away for one month from office and mylot. My brother also used to run that wheel with a stick when we were small. Now that scene is very rare and kids are getting luxurious toys instead of that. But the enjoyment is really different. Thank you so much for sharing sir. It is good to know that you are not getting sick by wetting in rain, but some people may fall sick easily if they wet in rain, I am good example for that (lol). That day we fished in a lake but unfortunately did not catch any fish. Maybe the rain scared them off. Just kidding. I think we tried to catch the wrong fish. The weather in my area right now is very erratic as in it would rain on some days and be sunny on others. Thee weather just does not know what to do at this moment. You are welcome. Hi Dear Yeah u r right, but trust me, heavy rain is not problem as well, if we have proper infra structure i mean we have proper severage system ( not stuck with poly bags), we have enough dams and proper and secure rivers Take care

I do agree, it is the blessing of GOD. All lives in earth need water. We can depend on rain for water. It is unfortunate due to heavy rain there is calamities in different places.

You do not like rain but you want rain now because of the hot. I think it is strange. We recognize the value of rain in summer. Those who do not like rain also wish for the rain. If there is fully rain in one day then we will fed up with the rain. This is the special nature of rain. I understand in 40 degree temperature it is very difficult if there is wind, it will be hot. Hi akuler, I understand the troubles when we caught with rain unexpectedly. Here in our place there will be a huge traffic block after the rain. It means the rain must disturb the city life. I too like heavy rain when I am at home and I love to listen the music of rain at the comfort of inside home. I like rain but not rainy days. The reason is, in our native if rain starts then it will continue for a long time. So it gives lot of troubles too especially at that time when I was a school going girl. Hi Jaiho, Everybody likes rain but here the day before yesterday's rain completely made hazardous to the normal life of people. Water was everywhere and many houses were in water. I know it happened due to lack of drainage facilities and when they caught with rain then only think about the maintenance. Rain is always beautiful. Hello Sree, So sad,rain makes trouble nowadays due to our own irresponsibilties.The forest were getting bald,that causes landslides,city floods due to lack of drainage and poor maintenance.And even the rain water itself is not too safe to drink and use for bathing due to acid rain.

You are right bath in the rain may cause health problems. We never allowed playing in rain in childhood because of the same reason. Our native place got heavy rains in monsoon. So it is quiet natural our parents were concerned about the health. Thanks for sharing.
