what is your impression regarding china made products?

I don't trust anything made in China. Early this year I bought a Chinese made wireless router. It broke down after 3 days. China's quality control is laughable. It's amazing that they managed to send a rocket into outer space considering how poor their quality control is. Until they've proven that their products are safe and reliable, I am steering clear of any products made by them.

Well I guess its china who is to be blamed for this. They could have produced and screened their products that they sell for exports. I guess China lacks this as they are for profits not really for quality of the product. It is just sad that these big competitors did find fault why they are cheap. right now credibility wise I am rather looking twice buying China products especially food products.

China has always had a bad reputation for practically all goods they manufacture. Electronics, toys, clothes, and now food. Blame it on people who wants to get the most out of the buck they receive from clients. In reality, who doesn't? But factories should know their limit and until which part of quality control they can compromise. In my experience, when a client pays a factory $1, the finished product is probably just worth $0.25.

I dealt with China factories in my previous job and in my experience, it's such a pain to deal with them. I'm not saying that all Chinese factories are the same, I just probably had the best luck meeting the real bad ones. Just to summarize, what you approve as the final sample of any product MIGHT not be the same with the final product that you'll get when your shipment arrives.. So, what impression do you think a number of similar experiences like that give me?

I don't want to create any verbal wars here, this is my experience and I am just writing about it. I'm sure there are more people out there with better experiences. I just wish I was one of them!

I never trusted China products especially if it's too cheap. The chargers that are usually bought in the market stalls ("tyangge" as commonly called in Filipino) are made in China. You can buy it for only PhP100 but it will work for less than two weeks. The pirated DVDs in the market, if you have bought them before, you will notice through the writings that it's most of it are manufactured by the Chinese. The DVDs they use are noticeably of low quality.
When the media exploded the news about White Rabbit containing Formalin I never looked at Chinese products in the same way anymore. When the news about their milk killing some children, I decided not to eat any Chinese beverage especially if it's packed or a canned good.
Who's to blame? The people responsible for putting poison in the product! The Chinese government should do everything to put them in jail! I am just so thankful I never bought milk that they manufactured because my little daughter loves to drink fresh milk.

In fairness to the Chinese, some of their herbal medicines can be trusted. The prices of these types of commodities are not too cheap but not too expensive. I also like the beauty products they manufacture. Believe it or not some of the beauty products are actually made from China.

Apart from the milk case I don't encounter any probs with china made products YET. Their price is cheaper than normal same thing that had branded on it. I think some electrical appliance are ok like tv and stereo but if it more technical stuff better buy the original rather than you had to fix the thing later.

I saw this melamine thing a complete disregard for human life if you ask me and you'd think after the lead thing they would care and I just am starting to think this is typical of China manufacturers maybe they do not care and will go to any length to stay on top as a world supplier. I say avoid anything that says 'high protein' or any variation of it for the people of China. I will be more cautious now of products with the label 'Made in China' and keep and eye for products that do not make it clear of their sources where as before I just put it in the back of my mind but now its in the forefront. I do not think that Border can control can have any accurate oversight over something like this and it lies on the regulators in China and I expect they should care because they want to maintain their position among the world. Still, the saying is 'You get what you pay for' and many people would happy for jobs to come back home and 'Made in the USA' to reappear.

They are experts in making the appearance impressive but inside tat nothing good. appearances are always deceptive.

The peoples reaction is just right!! I don't trust Chinese products at all. It has no quality. Most of their products are disposable. Almost everything(products, ideas) are being imitated by Chinese -- if not stolen. Most of the Chinese are cheaters, specially Chinese Business mens. They don't pay proper salary and they are tax evaders.. It's sad but true. Who's to blame? China its self. the media are just show what the news is.

In fact yes I do have something against china made products. These products if not defective they turned out to be poisonous and deadly. They are well known as manufacturers of cheap but lethal products. Hey I dont have anything against them but I hate the way they earn money and giving consumers headaches and distress in return.

china have a reputation for cheap products as we all know. Me and the business that i formerly was handling dealed with china products. A chinese once told me that they are shipping the manufacturing part to china mainlybecause of cheap labor. chinaproducts here in the philippines is cheap because that is what we wantthat is why quality isalso very low. one example i can say is phones nokia is predominantly made in china but because of strict quality control they have good quality phones. we want cheap products thats why quality is also low.
