While watching a movie, have you ever felt like you wanted to be a part of it?

The same here. I've never wanted to be part of a movie, but I'd love to go to some of the places that are shown. I'd especially like to go to New Zealand (Lord of the Rings), and Japan (tons of movies with great scenery).

Sometimes. I wish I could have been a flapper and been at the party at The Great Gabsy's house . Or I wish I could have been one of Bugsy's miss right now. Or maybe changed genders and been one of the gunman in St Valentine's Massacre.

I have not ever thought so! I only think at the time of watching a movie that I am only a viewer of that film. Many people have worked out that film for the entertainment of millions of spectators like me! Thanks for your nice posting!

Hello cream. I think so, espeicially when I was a kid. It was easy for me to be part of the movie I was watching. I wanted to be part of it as I wanted to be on the side of the weak side or the good side to win over the strong or bad side. It is really an interesting idea and topic of yours. Thank you for it. Good day.

I always tend to do that when I am watching movies. There are times when I am watching an action movie and then I wish that I would be able to be in that movie doing all those stunts and stuff. And then there are romance movies that I wish would happen to me in real life. But I'm just a big goofball that keeps daydreaming about stuff like that.

Whenever watching a good romantic movie or reading a good romantic novel, I imagine myself in the character's role. This makes it even more interesting for me. My favorite movies in which I've done this is "Pretty Woman", "Momma Mia", and "Gone With the Wind." As for locations (where the movie was shot), my favorite is in Philadelphia, PA (my home town). But most of all, if my favorite actors are in the film, I picture what it would be like to play-act with him (Tom Hanks, Robert Redford, Pierce Brosnan, Richard Gere, and the late Paul Newman).

I like exotic locals they use in the movies. It might be nice to visit some of those places. I think it would be an adventure, since I have never traveled abroad. Lots of movies have too much drama. I have enough going on in my life. I don't need anymore. But a vacation to one of those places would fit the bill.

Can't say that I have, I've watched a few that really made me think about my own life but I've not wanted to become somebody I'm not.

I know what you mean sometimes it is hard to watch a movie without thinking about what it would be like to be a part of it,especially when we are watching one of our favorite movies, sometimes when I am watching the Star Wars movies I will imagine what it would be like to be in the movies,to get to be a Jedi and use lightsabers and force powers to combat evil, and to get to travel through space and meet all kinds of different races would be nice to.

I do that sometimes but mostly with underwater movies. I've always had a fasination with underwater and would love to explore it. Alot of times when I watch movies like that I wonder what it would be like to be under there exploring it.

I'm so sorry for coming in so late. Yes, this has happened to me, specially when I was young, I always wanted and thought me as part of the movie I'm watching and disturbed others by my loud expressions.
