If you were walking pass a lake, and you seen someone drowning, and when you got a little closer to the lake, you seen that it was the person who discriminated against you because of your race, gender, age, looks, sexuality, etc. Would you help them or not? And why?

When it comes to saving lives, I usually put aside all the personal matters. Everybody has the right to live and who knows if one day this person will save your life too or will be your friend? lol.

Yes I would because if you can saves someones life you should simple as that. My guilt would eat me up if I say my enemy drowning and I did nothing to prevent it.

Yes, I would save them. My reason is simply they may be hateful and hurtful but I am not. I can't honestly live with myself knowing I let someone die when I could have saved them. Heck who knows maybe saving someone who was so hateful towards you will open there eyes to kindness and realize if someone they verbally lashed at or caused hurt towards saved their life then maybe being kinder to people will get them even further in life.

Yes I would like to help him because every person in this world needs to save the other person who are in need of help. Helping other person is our first duty. Whenever we are confronted with such a situation we need to do the needful to the person on the other side whether he hates us or likes us doesn't matter much i think human beings are rational animals who threats everybody equally and makes necessary things to them as and when needed.
To think in a proper way only we all have got the sixth sense which gives us the intution to help others.

Yes, the Lord says we are to help each other and love one another. It dosent matter what that person has said, I would save them and hopefully they would learn from it. It will always be better for anyone to do what is right and no matter what anyone else does, you can be responsible for your own actions.

Yes, I would if it was possible. Their feelings about me have nothing to do with the fact that they're human and they're in danger of dying. Not saving them would be the same as murder as far as I'm concerned. You can murder somebody just by doing nothing.

Assuming that I'm good a swimmer
. Yes I would. Saving a life is something that can never be repaid. For all you know, that person might changed their views against you because they saved your life! If they don't, fine with me as long as I know that I've saved a life. It's something that you can be personally proud of (not to the point of boasting about it to much).

Yes, I would help them. If someone is in distress, I think first of helping rather than their dislike for me. If after helping them, they still wanted to be negative towards me, so be it. As long as I know that I did the correct thing, that is all that would matter to me. They are the ones who will have to answer to God one day, and I am sure God would not be very pleased.
I after helping them, they wanted to be my friend, I would be cordial towards them, and not get too close, because a snake will always be a snake.

i definitely save that person even if he is my enemy.
its too bad if we play with ones life & the crime too comes on us even we are not part of it!
atleast we can change one enemy as our friend by saving him!
