I think they look terrible and yeah you can tell. If I were you I'd wait longer because by the time you hit 23 you're probably going to gain quiet a few pounds and you'll fill out. I did anyway.

Well, I wouldn't get them myself, but it's ultimately up to you. It shouldn't be a poll of either men or women. I wouldn't go under the knife for cosmetic reasons, but it's a personal choice. I'm also the most unobservant person there is, so I probably wouldn't even know if someone had implants, so I couldn't judge anyone on that. But, in general, I believe that someone who would never get implants could still be the "fakest" person ever, and someone who would could just as well be a truly genuine person on the inside. It all depends on the person. I would just make sure that you know all the facts and any issues important medically.

I'm really proud that you are waiting to make sure you want them, too many girls rush out and get them right away!Personally, I am against implants. You lose almost all your nipple sensitivity, and for me, form should always follow function. My boobs are almost non-existent, I'm an "Almost A", I have really broad shoulders, and really big butt, so I can look really disproportionate (or as you say, I don't have great "womanliness"). But I'm comfortable with it so it works. You may think about it and still decide to get them. There are tons of reasons not to, but at least you are thinking about it!Good luck!

You are very sensible to wait until you are 21,your body will change drastically. I had a AA cuo until I was 18 years old and then suddenly as I turned 18 I developed onto a D cup,I am now an E cup. I think if you go too big then they will look fake,but if you dont try and go too much too soon,then you might get away with it. No one can tell you what to do,think long and hard about it and if you still want to do it then good luck!

I think if it makes you feel good, you should go ahead with it. They look terrible when they are overdone. You know what I mean...exaggerated, too big for your body. I don't think they should be beyond a C or D cup. And from what I've seen on TV, you have choices about shape in order for them to look more natural. If I had the money, I would definitely have cosmetic surgery. Not for my boobs because I'm already a D cup, but I would have some body sculpting done. I think the results would make me a more confident person. So if you want it, do it.

if you want to get more chances of breast cancer, go ahead...your boobs not mine...but really i dont get it...i have normal boobs and if it was for me i'd get them removed totally...i want to be judged for my brain not for what i have under my shirt...besides as i said, it increases chances of getting breast cancer...also think of all those poor ladies who have big boobs and get ill because of that...not to mention that if good old mother nature gave you THAT breasts maybe it meant that you are supposed to stick to that since THAT is waht suits you better...i must be stupid but i always try not to mess with what mother nature chose for me...i never dyed my hair or got a tan for the same reason adn guess what those are also very haelthy choices ... unbalancing what mother nature decided is never good and always brings bad consequences... and you are not more woman just because you have more boobs...tahts rather machist view honestly and its sad that a woman should judge womanlyness on boobs... i hate fake boobs honestly... they look disgusting and fake...and unproportioned... and im a lesbian so its like a guy's view more than girl...but still... i prefer a girl with small breasts but real than an all-fake-breasts one...
