You Will Be Missed, Warrick Brown...

I was so totally bummed out that he's no longer on the show. I wonder how long the character of "Sara" will stick around, I saw th first half hour and unfortunately fell asleep. Warrick was such a huge part of the show, it's a shame that in real life he had all those problems, he's such a good actor.

i liked him very much & can't believe he was stupid enough to get involved in drugs.

I don't watch the show but I have been saddened by the talented people that turn to drugs and let them rule their lives-and their deaths.

I have a theory, though many may disagree with me. Those people who want fame have a basic insecurity and a need to be loved and admired. The normal life doesn't afford them as much of that as they need so they publicly share their talent, hoping to get that love and admiration. Because of the hole in their hearts that can't be filled, they turn to drugs instead of therapy, run through 1-6 marriages, their lives are a train wreck and the drugs take over. All because they can't get enough attention or love. So you can say that according to my theory, every actor, actress, popular musician, politician or anyone that seeks the public spotlight is mentally ill.

I also heard about the drug problems. I just did not anticipate this kind of ending for him. I was thinking more along what happened to Sarah. This is so
final and no coming back from the dead I'm afraid. I do wonder now that he is gone if Sarah will come back.

It was very sad, the program, the fact that he was leaving and that he has this going on in his life.

The problem with show business is it is a business of let downs. You have more auditions that you go to that you never make the show, you have to live up to standards that others don't, you have no job security, and people do not look upon your job as work. I know because I am a former dancer. It's a tough life.

Why do we want to do it? It's born into us, that's why. I never turned to drugs and things because I think it had a lot to do with how I was raised and my personality type. I just move on from disappointment and don't look back.

My hubby and I watch this all the time. We kept seeing those teasers about the beginning of the new season and really hoped that he wouldn't be killed off. Doggone it.

It is a good show although I do not watch it regularly. It is on that many channels over here, and all on different series that I just lost track of it all and gave up with it. I do not know why so many of these celebrities throw it all away on drugs, but they do and it is so sad to see some of them going downhill, even sadder to see the papers glorying in it.

I felt so bad for Grissom I even cocked up when he gave the eulagy.
Its so bad when they trun to drugs I see no ryhum or reason for them to mess up theri lives like that!

It broke my heart as well. First of all, why did it have to affect his acting career? It's not like he's the only actor out there partying up with one drug or other. Don't get me wrong, I don't condone it, but they didn't have to ruin his career. I mean, send him to rehab like everyone else. Ever hear of (Britteny Spears?) just to name one.I think a lot of actors don't cope well with the pressure of competing in that world that means so much to them. Some have bipolar disorder, which accounts for a lot of their behavior. People with BiPolar Disorder are highly intelligent and very creative. They are high strung and very depressed, acting out in what is called an episode, like Brittney. They tend to do outrageous things, including drugs and suicide. My Son has BiPolar Disorder. He often thought he would be an actor. Thankfully he didn't because the drugs are so easy to get in that world. Well, thats just a small part of it all. Warrick will showup again in another show before we know it.

I was crushed and in tears. I actually missed the season finale last season and I had to pay to watch it on the internet. When I watched the season premiere on Thursday, I was crushed to see Warrick go. But it was also good to see the orginal CSI team come back together. Even that stiff, Eckley, showed he had a heart. When Grissom broke down during the eulogy that took the cake. I want Warrick back. Then you never know maybe he was working undercover where he faked his death and some people was in on it. Maybe he will be back in the future. If you watch Guiding Light, Reva was killed off that show many times. Bring Warrick back!!!!!!!
