Do you REVIEW your posts before submitting it as a response or discussion???  

I agree with you since there are many discussions to go to in one day, sometimes we tend to rush a bit to have more post in a day. While we rush posting, we often overlook our post while reviewing and the result is yet another errors be it in grammar or in spelling(I hope that we can edit our post coz its embarassing to leave something with errors for the view of the whole network).

Let's hire proofreaders then. .

Thanks for sharing the fact about our eyes getting accustomed to what we are reading since our brain perceived it as something we want to read. This is very interesting. Can you share me the link to this article? I would want to read more about this stuff.

I started this discussion because I kept on reading complaints about not being able to edit their discussions. So I thought of sharing what I have learned from reading the FAQ"s.

Hi Cjay77, glad to see you here. I have an obsessive compulsive personality disorder. It didn't escape me even in posting here at MyLot. I have this tendency to focus on perfection. With this, I tend read several times before posting. Like 3-7 times. Weird isn't it? I don't know how to cure this disorder really. Anyway, thanks for dropping by! God bless you!

Glad to know that dolce_vita78. The reason why I started this discussion is because a lot of people have been asking for ways on how to edit either their started discussion or response. I thought of sharing it for everybody to know. I make it a point to review my post as I type it and review it again before posting. This helped me minimize my errors. As long as you don't complain about how to edit your discussions I guess it's fine. The purpose is to make your point across and as long you are successful on that I don't think not reviewing your post before posting would affect you. If it's perfectly working for you then it's fine. Good for you. I think it's good enough that you review them as you type. At least you get to correct the errors immediately. Just like you, there are times that I would notice a typo error after I have pressed the post response button. lol. As long as people understands what we are trying to convey then it's fine. Yup! I too am guilty of committing such mistakes. Like typo errors and missing words. I think that's common because our brain is faster than our hands could type. But the very purpose is to get your point across.

That really is a great suggestion browisn. But I don't think they are likely to change this anytime soon. I wanted this option to be available too since it would be a lot helpful in correcting our typing mistakes like wrong spellings, wrong grammars, missing words and typo errors. But until MyLot approves of it, let's try our best to review our posts before submitting it for less errors. God Bless You browisn.

Sometimes we are in a hurry to post and hoping to post a lot in a day that we tend to forget to review our post. As long as we get our point across then I think it's just fine to commit simple errors. I've created this discussion for those who always asks if there's an edit option for discussions. Don't worry! You're not alone. lol. I think most people do that. I too am guilty of that sometimes but lately I've been reviewing my posts since previously I've created a lot of errors and I don't want that to happen again. yeah, i certainly understand!hehehe now, i have commited a lot of errors in a lot of my responses too, but right now, i try to type faster but then again check my finger where it's landing so it would not mispell the word!hehehe i certainly enjoyde responding to your discussion.. so that's no problem! happy mylotting to you and have a great day too!

Great to know that belk89. Hehehehe. I do have this goals everyday too. I'm trying to stick to it to be able to reach payout. Although it took me a month and three weeks to reach the minimum payout.
