Do you use blanket while sleeping?

i can sleep even without a blanket if i have my socks on, actually, its the socks that i can't bear without. blanket is only my second priority. if i am not wearing socks, then it's too hot i only cover my feet then from there upwards i can manage even if its uncovered.

I always have my blanket on my bed. I don't normally use at all times but i keep with me when im sleeping. I usually use it when it's raining. and besides i like my blanket though i don't use it much.

well sometimes i realize the same thing. when i go to sleep i remember that i did not use any blanket but is on me when i wake up.

there's always a blanket ready in my bedroom, and i think everyone should have one also. because when we are asleep, our body temperature changes. did you notice that before you sleep, your body temperature is normal, but when you wake up, you realize that you are already using your blanket in your bed. that means, your body temperature when you wake up is high, warm, and because our surroundings during dawn and morning are cold, then, unconsciously during we sleep, we used our blanket.

I live in Canada and we just had 8 inches of snow last night. You are d*rn right I use a blanket to sleep with!!! LOL I would freeze otherwise.

If you can't sleep without a blanket, that's your secutiry blanket. psychologists say it a kind of fear and of insecurity. these are things that you weren't able to heal during your childhood and never was able to outgrow. There's a healing process that you have to undergo.

I always have two blankets when I do sleep, no matter if it is summer or winter. But I can not wear socks, I like to put my feet in the blanket and feel the warm around them. I always use two, since I can wake up and be frezing. I do not wear more than a t-shirt when I sleep. Therefore I need more than one blanket. But I can not sleep with lot of clothes on.

I always have blanket even if it's quite hot during summer but it is only up to my hips... me I will sometimes cover my whole self with the blanket on a cold winter night.

hello:-) we are the same. i also cannot sleep without a blanket. if no blanket is available, i would love to at least have a pillow to hug. i think this has become a habit of mine.

Even if it is hot you still use a blanket and can't sleep without one, I can say that we are the same. I can't sleep with out my blanket and not just any blanket, but MY blanket, once i had a blanket that lives up to 18 years, now it is all messed up, but that blanket is the one I used for 15 years. only that blanket, I never used any, when I was young and mother would wash it I will get mad at her and say that make sure it dried up before night time and sometimes when it is not dry, I would iron it so I can use it again. Now that I have my own family, nothing has changed and good thing we have dryers now
