Are they way down where you live??? What is the price of gas where you are?? Mine here is southern indiana is $2.19. That is crazy for mw because now that the gas prices have gone down , I now have no car !!! Irony!! I will have a car again in a couple of weeks and the price will probably go back up!!

Yes, gas prices have gone down. I am very pleasantly surprised. I hope that it last a while longer! But, we will see. I am sorry that you had no car when they went down and that now that you have a car they might go back up! That doesn't seem right! :(

I am in Canada and our gas prices have gone down alot. We pay $0.90 cents a litre here. That is approximately $3.40 a gallon. I am so happy that the prices have gone down. It sure does save us some money.

Gas here is still pretty expensive but it's not anywhere near where it used to be. It's currently at $2.62. I'm kind of hoping gas drops down to about $2.50 or so before I actually fill up my car again. I don't drive that often and even if I do, I don't drive that far so I am really, really hoping that gas will drop a lot more before I have to fill up again. I love not having to spend high amounts for gas. It's a wonderful feeling.

The gas station down the street from me in South Carolina is $2.31 right now. It's great because I can fill my tank with $25 now! It used to be $40. I saw on the news last night that in a gas station in Lexington, South Carolina it $1.98, but that's a bit of a drive for me. I hope these prices keep lowering or stay like this, but I have an uneasy feeling that it will back up sooner or later...

The gas prices are down here, but they definitely aren't that low! I was out driving this morning, and the lowest I passed was $2.41. That wasn't in this area, though. The prices here tend to run a bit higher.

Well, what goes up, must come down. I think that gas prices where bound to go down, but I think that this covers a larger problem...we need energy security in this country. We will not protect ourselves without energy.
