Why Do Some Members Have So Few Unanswered Questions?

I've noticed that I really have a lot of unresolved discussions because no one has posted on them. I don't think that the topics are really that bad, just that they somehow got lost or something.
But I noticed from clicking on others' profiles, that a lot of people do not have this huge number of discussions with no responses. Why is that?
Has anyone solved the mystery of the posts people won't respond to?

I know that sometimes I don't respond to a discussion if I am completely not interested in the topic or don't really have anything to say on it rather than just writing a load of rubbish but, I agree it still seems strange as you would think there would be at leats one person in the whole of mylot who would have an interest in that topic! : )

I tend to do that too, I think everyone kind of does because it would be boring to respond to discussions that you don't have any interest in.
I'm surprised though with all the members that no one would have an interest in some of the topics that I have posted.

Thanks so much!
I'm going to bed right now, but I will make sure to check out your discussions when I am on MyLot tomorrow and look for discussions with few responses or no responses. Hopefully with everyone helping each other we can eliminate these pesky no response discussions.

Call me dumb, but how do you find out if someone else has unanswered questions and haven't resolved them?
I do know that there are times when I don't respond to one of your discussions because I have nothing to add.
I don't have the smaller pets, because I have so many cats already! I have enough trouble with my 2 piercings in my ears (one in each) that the idea of STREACHING them really gets me. I failed to get in a pool this year, in spite of my best intentions.... So, I often don't respond because they don't pertain to me.
When I do think I can add something, I do jump in.
So, how can I find out if someone else has "unresolved" discussions?

Actually, this brings up an excellent point and hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only way to search for discussions that still have zero responses is to go to their profile and search through all of their discussions.
This can be rather time consuming but every so often I will pick out a few members and try it. And that's when I noticed that a lot of people don't have many discussions with no responses.
Maybe if it were easier to locate these discussions though, more people would find them and post some responses. I know sometimes not every discussion can apply to everyone, but it seems like there probably are a lot of members here with small pets and given the popularity of stretching ears now there are probably quite a few who do that as well (I must admit, the really large stretched lobes even scare me... I'm not stretching mine that much).

ahh, I thought that might be the case,
Heck, I barely have time to resolve my own discussions, much less look for other people's to respond to...
I'm not that roped into best responses, tho they are nice "strokes."
I do know that some people post a discussion about them.
they always get taken down, but maybe you could post one discussion with all your current unresponded discussions to in hopes that some of your newer friends might find something they can respond to in an older discussion....
