Can anyone teach me what to do with HTML?

well i am trying to post the banners of my PTC sites on my profile but unfortunately the page is not allowing me to post it.whenever i paste the link and hit save changes the banner wont show up because there is no changes made at all no matter how many times i click on it.. i done it once and it was successful but after 2 banners posted it wont allow me anymore..

there are a couple different tricks i heard.. after you paste the html try removing like the last couple items if there are any marks like or " after the code.. and sometimes this works.

How do you want to show the banners? Perhaps you can post the HTML you are using, then we can see how we can help you to figure out what was wrong....

well i tried to insert html on add sortie but all i can see is add sortie goes here and i cant see the options where you can add pictures and html and so on

I'm a good one to try to answer this one since I tried to post some banners on my profile and couldn't get it to work for me at all! I haven't tried it for awhile because I got frustrated and gave up, but I'm going to try it again! Good luck! Annie

i got tired also that's why i finally decided to ask since I'm trying to do it on my way...no success and I'm tired and fed up already

I often encounter such problems, unable to load the banners. You need lots of trail and error to get the link right. Sometimes you need to delete the last part of the link and see if it can read it. More often I am successful.

I used to have trouble with that, it took me ages to get it right. I've found that if you type a bit of text in (like a short description of the site that you're linking to) and then put the code in and save it, that works. If you put the code in on its own, that won't save, for some reason.

ok I'll try that one but right now i am having a pretty big problem..its not showing the add sorties..
