It Was Impossible For O.J. Simpson To Get A Fair Trial.  email this discussion to a friend?

After the knowledge of so many people knowing that O.J. Simpson was found not guilty of murder in 1995 he had no way of getting a fair trial. The 2 Murders that alot of people believed he did also believed he only beat the system because of fame and money. Everybody knows about that Murder Trial in 1995 and there was no way to separate it from the trial where he was found guilty of Armed Robbery and Kidnapping despite the judge saying he will not be judged from his past. Do I think he commited the 2 murders in 1994? Yes, I do think he did. His past basicly came back to haunt him therefore he got a 15 year sentence today for Armed Robbery and Kidnapping.

His past did come back to haunt him. I dont think he will be in jail for 15 years. He will probably get more like 2 or 3 just because of who he is.

Its just finally kicking in hes going to prison. It was not the typical type of armd robbery and kidnapping so yes he will probably get out earlier because of that and also being rarely ever serve a full sentence.

Yes but it is still good to see that Karma got him anyway!! You can't lie like that and get away with murder!!

I belive he did it 100% and he was starting to act like he could do anything and get away with it like that time. He forgets that no one cares what he did before when you say OJ we all know what we mean and who he is. Well this new crime is not such a small thing and I am glad thet they got him in the end.

He was naturally a trouble maker and also cocky so I really don't think he could help what he did.

I do think he commited the murders and was amazed when he got off. With this trial, no matter how they interviewed potential jurers, there was no way that they could forget the murder trial. Most people I know watched that for hours and hours each day.

I remember watching the murder trial when I was in my teens and thought he would be found guilty due to so much evidence. Some of the jurers after agreeing he was guilty made a statement after the trial acting like they were judgeing him by his past.

Fair trial? Who gives a crap, I sure as hell dont. Im glad he is finally going to prison even though its not for murder. If I had been on that trial as a jurist I wouldnt have had to hear a single thing about it, I would have gone in saying he was guilty. The only reason he didnt go to prison the first time is because he is a damn rich baastard who had the money to get off. If it doesnt fit you have to a quit my asss. Fifteen years isnt long enough, he should have gotten life. I doubt he will make it out of prison.

He actually got sentenced to 33 years but its more likely he will serve half of that or maybe even less.

i agree that he didnt have a chance at a fair trial but i too think he did it back in 94 lol.. he got told he was guilty on the anniversary of that murder too which i found interesting.. but anyways he just kept getting into some kind of trouble to where it was inevitable that it would catch up some how with him

myLot reputation of 86/100. elmiko (3689)   ranked 654 out of 26,919 in people  4 years ago

I don't think it was a coisidence he got found guilty on the anniversary of the murder.

Nearly impossible for him to get a fair trial, but did he get a fair one last time? It was unfair the other way. Karma.

I do not know what you mean by a fair trial. It is difficult to refute the evidence this time he was caught on tape entering the hotel with his thugs and was recorded talking about a gun. Are you saying that because he is black and the jury was all white, is this a racial thing? I know race seems to enter into everything in the USA but if it was an all black jury would he have got off (again)? I do not know.

No, i'm saying his past problems caused the gulity verdict more than anything. Also there were some problems knowing the real truth because the lack of video but just audio tape when he commited what he did. The all white jury didn't help him any either.
