Television Remote Controls

I don't watch TV until it's found. Everyone in the house has to help in the search. I can't live without my remote.

So far we have never completely lost a remote. We have misplaced them before especially when the grandkids are around, but we find them. I have had to buy a universal a few times when one of the remotes quit working.

I still can't find mine..I get absent minded and put it in places such as my purse or some other dumb place! I still want to know what happened to all of my lighters too!

No I always look till I find it and it's never too hard. For some reason they get lost inside the couch or between the cushions. The couch is always the answer in this house.

I have both the remote that came with the television set and a universal remote. It seems as though my girls can never remember where they left the remote, sometimes it just magically disappears

Hi Chevee. I don't have that problem. My remote is always on the coffee table. When I'm don't watching TV at night, I put it in a little box I have with all my remotes. If I did lose it, I have a back up. I'm sure it will show up. It must be there somewhere. lol.

Try on the side of the bath,perhaps you left it there when you last went to pee.
I do it all the time,walk around with things then lay them down anywhere & everywhere.

No I have my remote controls on my coffe table and they never stray.

Oh no I'm not with that getting up and changing TVs and thangs, something gonna have to give. I would have to go and buy me another one before I get up and change even one channel with my finger.

I couldn't stand going one day manually changing channels and turning the volume up and down.

That's what remote controls are for right? So we won't have to do it ourselves. Who feels like getting up from a very comfortable position just to fool around with the TV?

My mom always does this!! Sometimes she would leave it inside her drawer or in the bathroom sink or some really weird place! Thankfully we haven't lost a remote control yet. It would suck if that happened, but buying a replacement shouldn't be a problem right?
