Half or an attractive opposite

Are you in a relationship. If you are are you more of a perfect compliment to your SO or are you a perfect foil for all of their traits and habits?
If you're not in a relationship which would you rather have. Someone who brings out your best and your worst due to their contrasting style which melds well with your personality or do you want a love who is just like you?

I think we are good compliment for each other. I have my weaknesses that he doesnt and vice versa. Although in some ways we are much the same and that is scary somtimes.

I ask my bf all the time is it more scary that he thinks like a 34 year old stripper or that I think like a 55 year old white guy? I think that being in compliment to one another is both mental and physical while being mentally in sync is a matter of impression which the world has imprented upon your psyche. If that makes any sense.
