Guys and gals, hello again... I asked here months ago for tips. Okay, I wasn't able to keep it up as my job as a writer became a little too time-consuming that I wasn't even able to get enough sleep in one day. Yes, I am workaholic, and I really cant stop myself once I've started. I have only been getting 8 hrs of sleep per week!

So here I am...:( I really am crying here now... My friends and family are laughing at me, surprised at how fat I've grown! I'll be completely honest, I really need to lose weight in two months max! I cant believe I have that deadline! My birthday is on March and I need to lose weight before that. I am now looking for another job as I cant take being like this forever!

Now you guys know. I know it was my own fault that I wasnt able to work it out..:( and I want to ask you guys for help, again! I want to assist my work outs with a slimming pill, do you guys know a specific brand that is available here in the Philippines? No Xenical or bangkok pills, yes, they did not work out well. Xenical is too expensive! The one that Judy Ann is "using" doesnt work, according to a friend who has tried it, and she has been working out too!

Tips and products guys and gals..:( I read from a review that DecaSlim is one of the strongest pills, do you guys know where I can buy one? Or do you have other suggestions?

You need to take that weight off in two months max? Let me ask a question. Did it take you two months to put the weight on? Probably not. Anything that promises you that you will lose a lot of weight in a short period of time is designed to do one thing..make the wallets of the manufacturer fatter. The only way to attain permanent weight loss is to consume fewer calories than you burn off. Weight training will help you build more muscle which burns off more calories. Cardiovascular exercise will burn off calories and make your heart stronger. Quick fix weight loss not only makes you lose fat, you also lose muscle. You don't have to do all of your exercise at one time. Doing five or ten minutes at a time will give you the same benefit as doing 45 minutes at once. Buy healthy food and snacks that you can grab from the refrigerator and eat on the go. You really need to get 8 hours sleep a night and to drink 8 glasses of water. Sorry that I can't give you the quick fix that you want. I want you to be healthy and strong. Best of luck to you.

you are right, lauren. when one endeavors to lose some weight, there is a need to cut on the calorie intake, do some exercises, have a good 8 hours per day of sleep at least, take one to two liters of water a day (ideally a minimum of one and one half liters at least) which maybe gradually increased to 3. never forget to take breakfast, lunch and dinner before the clock strikes 6 in the evening. meals beyond this time are taboo. light snacks consisting of fruit juice and crackers are fine as evening fillers. fibrous are best eaten at the first morning hours before taking any other food.

Hi! Thanks. Yes, I do understand your point. And thanks for wishing me well.:)

Well, you see, I have a problem with my eating habits. I dont eat much. In fact, I do eat breakfast and lunch, but usually not dinner. Also, as for the amount, I eat very little amount as I am not really into eating so much. I got fat mainly because of wrong food choices (GUILTY!!!), and I usually dont sleep well because of my mild insomnia, work, and yes problems.

first step will be to reduce food intake in the evenings. second step is buy kankunis herbal tea. boil one tea bag in the evening and be sure to be staying home in the whole morning the following day because there will be bowel movement. you may do this twice a week. it is not advisable to overdo this. sudden weight loss is not good for our health.

there is a need to sweat it out. once one starts to lose weight, the skin loosens. in order for the skin to tighten though slowly, one will will have to do some exercising. also, you must use skin firming lotion. i used to have nivea firming lotion nearby at all times. now, i have switched to bio enzyme skin firming seaweed lotion.

if it is the pill that you want to use, ridactyl (am not so sure of the spelling) it is indeed. however, you will have to secure a doctor's prescription for this.

however, i have successfully lost weight with observations of the first two paragraphs. yet i believe that it will more effective if you also add up ridactyl to the list. my daughter suggested this to me. until now, i have failed to secure a doctor's prescription as regards this matter and so, i have never tried it yet. go ahead though, i have lost 12 kilograms in a span of 18 months.

by the way, never do it the fast way. it's gonna make you sick. take it slowly so your body can adjust to the changes that is taking place within you.

Hi flance! Try after 6 diet, its very effective for me, avoid solid food after 6.:. I eat 5 in the afternoon, and no-no in the evening.:) Hope that works for you! Good luck!

it seems stress has nasty result of weight gain. When we are stressed due to lack of sleep or too much work, we tend to eat more to stay awake or "feel recharged". If we have no choice, it seems best to choose water, green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein (white meat - chicken, beans (for those who may ingest uric acid), high protein breads)

Also, there seems to be no substitute for enough sleep, good blood circulation and drinking lots of water.
