BBQ stuffed baked potatos  |

 Oh Yum! I just had the easiest and yummiest lunch. I don't know if you have ever had one, but the BBQ places here are selling baked potatoes stuffed with bbq meat. They are delicious. Well, I bought some sour cream and chives twice baked potatoes, a container of Lloyds bbq pork and some shredded cheddar cheese. I warmed the potato in the microwave, topped it with the meat and warmed it a bit more, then added the cheese and warmed it to melt the cheese. Quick, easy, and delicious. The perfect size for lunch too. The potatoes come two to a box and I bought 2 boxes which is perfect for lunch for 4 days.
I gave a friend/customer a taste. He is headed straight to the store, lol. Thought I would share.

| 3. lilybug (15297) | 11 months ago |  I have had those before. I tried it with the Lloyd's, but I prefer the Curly's brand. I do mine with regular baked potatoes. I also add sour cream, shredded cheese, and butter. I have not tried the chives on them, but I bet it would be good that way too.
