|  A US Airways plane went down in the Hudson River minutes ago. the plane has sixty passengers on it. It was on it's way to North Carolina. The plane struck a bird. It is really cold here today, and for the people to be in the river is really terrible. They are in the process of rescuing passengers now.
Let's pray for these people.

| |  I'm watching it on the news right now. They said they have 151 passengers and was headed for Charlotte, North Carolina. The pilot said he hit a flock of geese and he landed it in the river to avoid crashing into a highly populated area. I'm glad that he did that because it could have been even more devastating. Today's the coldest day since last year, freezing. I hope everyone gets out safely. The news guy said that it would only take around 15 minutes for someone to perish by exposure to the elements.

| |  I just saw that everyone on the plane survived. That is good at least. I have never been on an airplane and planes crashing all the time are not making me eager to get on one.
