A US Airways Airbus 320 crashed into the icy water of the New Jersey side of the Hudson River today. All of the 150 passengers, the crew and pilots survived the accident. This is a testament to the skill and level headedness of the pilot and crew! To hit the water and bring everyone out alive is almost a miracle. It's not every day we get to hear of an airline accident where all the people involved lived to tell about it. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/plane_in_river

I have to agree with you, what an amazing landing! From the reports I heard that plane could have come in at the worst possible angle and many lives would have been lost in the frigid waters of the Hudson. The pilot did a wonderful job of bringing that plane down!

Wow.. that is amazing. Kudos to everyone involved who made it possible for these people to survive. I have not watched any TV today so I was not aware of this crash. Thank you for posting the link, ParaTed.
