A good reason for a sandwich

The sandwich was invented in the 1700's. The Earl of Sandwich was gambling one day and did not want to get up to eat, so he ordered his food in between two slices of bread and that is how the sandwich was invented. Do you have sandwiches for convenience like this? I will specifically make a sandwich while on the computer so I have a free hand.n Or if I am running out the door. How about you?

I normally make sandwiches as a convenience. Eating a sandwich while you are on the computer or running out the door or even watching television makes multitasking a lot easier. Plus, sometimes a sandwich just sounds good. There have been times where I will buy a loaf of bread and some deli meat when I am shopping and I will make a sandwich as I am loading the trunk to avoid going through the drive thru on my way home too.

I couldn't agree with you more, laglen. Sandwiches are what I usually eat if I'm at my computer or driving in my car.
