Yes well I hit it this month and I have reduced my activity a lot in the last few weeks. Maybe a break will be good for me and I can come back fresh. My partner is thinking of giving it away already and he has only been on for 3 months.

You can do a search of discussions to see of the topic has been done before. Having said that I do not have to answer the topic but sometimes I see someone asking a question and I want to answer it so I do.

But after answering the same or similar questions a few times I get sick of it. I think it is just that I am tired and need a break for a while. Or maybe I am spending too much time here.

Well I have been feeling like that for a while and now have decided to just keep an eye on this site and not spend so much time here. So I will check in of a morning and then leave it.

I will also probably take the odd day off but I will do other things and not spend so much time here that nothing else gets done.

I know what you mean. I was very active for the last couple of months but I was starting that feel that I was obligating myself to post and getting frustrated when I couldn't so now I am thinking that I need to ease up a bit.

The heat certainly does not help. It has been hot and muggy here lately and I have not felt like being near a computer. I think I have just pushed myself to hard to find posts to answer. Lash opted out also in the last week. So I will be doing a lot less for a while.

I am not sure I can stay away for very long. I seem to pop in at least once a day even now but I am not staying here for hours any more. Just answering people's responses and keeping an eye on friends discussions.

I know what you mean. I look for topics to respond to and seldom find one. Also there seems to be alot of bickering back and forth. I don't know if you have noticed that, maybe its just me.

Yes I have noticed that there is a lot of bickering between some people. That is often the case when people cannot accept others having a different point of view. There are people who think that you should either agree with them or be quiet but you should never disagree with them.

I am still checking friends discussions and responding to the ones I started but I am not spending any where near as much time as I was and I am actually logging out for a change instead of just minimising the window.

I think I got obsessed with it for a while as it has been my only social outlet apart from shopping. It is a real problem being disabled and not being able to go out much or being able to afford to go out much.

Yes that is exactly what happened to me. I got that payout and then I got more the next month and so on so I ended up spending too much time here and not getting other stuff done.

I was having a good time for a few months and then I found myself getting frustrated with being on the computer when I had other things I wanted to do. So I have decided to let it go for a few weeks and take a break.

Ah yes that is annoying. I have seen that before when someone starts a similar or nearly identical topic and gets more responses. I have had that problem and wondered why they did not answer mine when it was posted.

Yes I have started doing that as well. Just ignoring discussions that are not interesting or too similar to ones I have already answered. Also I am just checking in once a day for an hour or so instead of spending all my time here like I used to.

I thought about taking a break but I get an email and I log in to answer it so I still visit the site. What I have done is cut back my time to an hour instead of all day as I was doing. I hope that helps.
