How many is enough?

I have had some relationships that were long term but no too many. I have been hurt through many courtships if that is what you would call them. I feel that I had been taken advantage of at times and feel like I am not worth anything sometimes. The damages that can ensue after bad relationships can last for years and sometimes cause irreversible effects on a person. I am now a married woman and trying to move forward. It is not always easy to move ahead when you are hurt but life has to keep going ahead in order to find peace.
