How would you feel if you had this many and would you want to have this many at once ?Do you believe the more the merrier "cheaper by the dozen"...well in this case you would be four short of that landmark ? Or are you considering the many sleepless nights ,the many fights and the endless crying ? What are your views on this situation ,happy, sad or bittersweet ?

I wouldn't mind having that many children, just not all at once! That is going to be so hard for that family. I hope that they have the support of a great family and a large circle of great friends. I wouldn't say it's a sad situation because apparently they wanted to start a family and they did.

I would be going absolutely nuts if I had eight children, either at one time or individually. There is no way possible I could support that many, especially the way things are now. I can't imagine all of the sleepless days and nights that lie ahead for this new mother. I hope she has lots of people willing to pitch in. In the beginning it may be easy to find help but as the kids get into their toddler years and the beginning years of school people will tend to forget about her and that may be when she really needs help. I can't imagine getting eight kids up and ready for school and out the door to meet the bus. Wow, I hope this lady has lots of patience and lots of coffee.

Hi ronnyb! That is amazing but I don't think I would want to have 8 babies all on one time. I don't think my body is up for that! lol..How on earth can I nurse and take care of 8 babies all day and all night. I think I can still have 2 or 3 babies all on one time but more than 3 babies, absolutely not! It can be very merry when all 8 babies are grown up but I am sure it will be very distressing while they are still babies and while growing up! Take care and have a great day! lovelots..faith

I am pregnant at the moment and to be honest 1 or 8 does not make a difference just because I am having 1 its not easy I am always sick and tired and emotional. So why not give me 7 more its all the same to me. As for after they are born well I know I am hardly going to sleep in the next 2 years or so so againg why just 1 since I am going to be sleep deprived anyway. But in reality it must be hard and lucky it does not happen often nature knows what its doing. I see my friend that has 3 kids 9,8 and 5 and that is hard having 8 same age would drive you crazy. Just imagine a b'day party with 8 kids that are 5 years old.

I do think it would be overwhelming. If i had a husband who held a good paying job to support them and family and friends to help i wouldn't feel so overwhelmed. I think it would be a great joy.

8 children at once? i'd be worried and frustrated at first since there's so many to give birth too. another reason why i'd be feeling that is because i don't have the money to fund 8 children, let alone time. id rather have twins and that's a miracle already. 8 is just too much for me. thinking about it is raising my blood pressure!
