Oh dear! So you don't want to be blonde? I like blonde. Red - unless you're a natural red - is so hard to maintain lol. Besides, my shade of red is a real dark red, more of a brown/auburn red with darker lowlights, not red like carrots and freckles red. I mean that would be my choice if I were red!

I'm a natural redhead, but at my age, it is rather high maintenance keeping it looking that way! LOL

You'd probably be a hot looking silver fox! I'm 36 years old and my hair is about 60% white, it used to be very dark brown, almost black. I can't be bothered to hide it anymore, so I just call them "highlights". But I started going gray at 17, so I've had a lot of years to get used to the idea of having salt & pepper locks, saltier by the day! LOL

"saltier by the day" LOL I just may use that as mine is getting that way too. I went grey at 25. So Lady Clairol and I are now on intimate terms. And yes, actually, being tiny I was pretty hot looking until I married my current hubs nearly four years ago! Funny what a late marriage does to a woman's looks!

And I'm not kidding at all when I say that. lol So when I was put on cholesterol meds and blew up like a balloon, he didn't even notice! Drove me right off them meds though. I couldn't handle it. It messed with my centre of gravity and I felt preggers all the time. Now he says, just let the grey grow out and I'm afraid I'm getting lazy and letting it............

Actually, a cow COULD seriously hurt you, those things are friggin' HUGE and if they decided to kick you or rush you, you'd probably be totally screwed. Also, they have ticks.

I prefer cows on my plate too... but I am not afraid of them. I think they are kind of cool actually. I also hear very funny things about the art of 'cow tipping'.

I'm not 'afraid' of cockroaches or spiders but I HATE them. Let me put it this way, if there is someone ELSE better equipped to kill the cockroach or spider, I try to get them to do it while I head the other way as fast as I can. If *I* am the one best equipped to deal with it because the people with me are either all freaking out or little people, then I squash the damn thing and save the world.

Even small venomous spiders can kill a human, and then there is the possibility of a septic infection fror a spider bite (sepsis can kill ya) or a fatal allergic reaction to a bite, nope, your fear really isn't too illogical at all.

Actually anything venomous or poisonous makes sense to be afraid of - to a certain degree. Of course being careful to avoid things like that is wise, but it doesn't make sense to go running and screaming if you SEE a spider on tv, know what I mean? LOL!

The only thing I see on the TV lately that makes me go running out of the room screaming is Nancy Pelosi.

I worked with a girl who wore a ton of makeup.. I often wondered what she looked like underneath all that goop... one day I seen her without it and I bout died.... under all that crap.... she was beautiful... of course she didn't believe me and continued wearing all that stuff..

I had similar fears when I was younger, we didn't have a word for it then, but it is really tough to suffer from such an affliction. I hope one day you will be able to overcome your fear enough that you can get out and enjoy life a bit more. Some things actually ARE fun to do by yourself, but you need to feel OK going out on your own first. Social anxiety is one of the cruelest afflictions because it feels so horrible and makes you miss out on so much. I truly hope you will one day find some way to cope with it.

I am actually doing a lot better...I used to have panic attacks when i was around too many people, but i don't anymore. I also went through this really awesome therapy program that made me realize that when i am out in public, most of the people there i will never see again, so what does there opinion of me really matter?? More than likely i will never see them again, so it doesn't matter.

I am so happy to see that you are doing better with it, keep going out, eventually you may desensitize yourself to some the fear.

I am taking baby steps..LOL. I have gotten to the point where i can go into a fast food place by myself and sit and eat. Thats like major for me. The thing about me is that i realize i have this issue and try to face it head on. The biggest step i have made in over coming it..i have moved out on my own. I got an apartment about eight months ago, some of my family was worried about how i would do, and are surprised that i am doing so well with it. Now i just have to work on the issue of taking the trash out and walking in front of other apartments. I do it but there is always fear.

I am scared of bridges too!!! I hold my breath and hurry over it! I have one that I have to use every single day!!!

I try real hard not to look over the edge.. but let me show ya the bridge I'm talking about.. my sons friend's jump off of it.. it's over 80 ft high and there have been so many suicidal people that have died jumping off of it! under the water about a mile down is another bridge (under the water) they built the lake over top of it.
