| |  My b/f recently bought one and the wii fit. It's like any exercise program, it works if you use it on a regular schedule and watch what you eat. It has yoga, aerobics, and other training on it. It also gives you your bmi, weight, etc. So, like any exercise program, yes it works, if you do it regularly.

| |  I don't own a Wii but I'm interested in reading this discussion because I'm seriously considering purchasing a Wii myself. I wouldn't mind having one because I think they are really neat. I love how interactive Nintendo has gotten with their gaming systems. I own a DS and I love it so I'm hoping the Wii is just as awesome. I've heard some pretty good things about them though but I've heard some bad. I'm really curious as to what the people of Mylot have to say. I need some good answers to help influence my decision.
