Women Who Has More Than 35 Inches Waistline Has A Higher Risk For Heart Disease |
|
I found this article online that woman who has excess fat in the abdomen has a very high risk for heart diseases and certain cancers here is the link to the article http://www.hopkinsmedicin... few days ago, while I was inside the grocery, there was a dietitian there so I consulted and I was advised to do exercise at least 10-15 minutes a day. Which I think is enough time even if I'm working. No I'm not gonna say my waistline LOL. But it's above the limit. So to my fellow women, if your waistline is more than 35 better start exercising for a healthy living! If any of you has anything that you guys do that makes you fit please do share as well..
Looking forward to see your responses. Happy myLotting!

1. suzzy3 (3911) | 10 months ago | I have heard that as well,it is difficult to excersise at the moment as the weather is so cold, but I do run up and down stair afew times on purpose to get my heartbeating, but they do say walking is the best thing to help you keep in trim,I had a bad back last year and was just getting back to fitness then I caught that dreadful flu bug,six months It took me to get over it,the doctor gave me to lots of anti biotics as I kept infecting so I have gained a few pounds and must get it off,I have ordered one of those circular excercisers which you stand on and twist and a slant block where you can lay up rather than flat.So wish me luck .

2. mtdewgurl74 (10309) | 10 months ago | My mom just discussed that article with me but she found it in a article in a magazine. I haven't had a size 35 waist in a long time so I am seriously at risk. I wish our stores would have a dietitian in so I could talk to her/him. I guess the first thing to do is stop drinking any form of pop eve diet. and only drink water, and flavored waters and crystal light.and walking is good that is what I would do as soon as I am able because of the weather. I wish you luck though.

4. Opal26 (9646) | 10 months ago | Hi yuna! That is good to know! I don't know what my waistline is but I'm sure that I could use to lose some inches! I hate to exercise! I do alot of walking usually because that is the only way I can get around. But, since it is still winter here where I live it is still too cold and we still are getting snow and I don't do as much walking in the winter months as I do in the spring and summertime. I know that I should be doing alot more exercising and should be eating healthier.

5. kun2349 (7217) | 10 months ago | Yeah, but everything has got its risk.. haha=D There's no escape from it.. Exercising do keeps one fit and healthy, but it does not mean we are able to escape from all these illness too.. hehe^_^
BUt still, prevention is always better than cure^_^ MAybe u can try walking for a start, and making sure that u MUST SWEAT, if not. it's not gonna be of any help.. Increase intensity or duration as time goes by, follow by a jog eventually.. OVertime, u are bound to lose weight, because i have done it.. haha=D Even a lean guy like me, managed to lose 6kgs in just 2 months because of my regular runs.. hehe^_^

8. sameroad (2653) | 10 months ago | That's interesting. I haven't ever heard that before...
I don't have anything to worry about i guess. my waistline is 34 and some days i'm even a 32 lol but those are tightish on me. I work out every day.
I think as long as your healthy and you work out then you should be fine even if your waistline is above 35 inches.. maybe not too much, like in the 50's but still...
