I found this article online that woman who has excess fat in the abdomen has a very high risk for heart diseases and certain cancers here is the link to the article http://www.hopkinsmedicin... few days ago, while I was inside the grocery, there was a dietitian there so I consulted and I was advised to do exercise at least 10-15 minutes a day. Which I think is enough time even if I'm working. No I'm not gonna say my waistline LOL. But it's above the limit. So to my fellow women, if your waistline is more than 35 better start exercising for a healthy living! If any of you has anything that you guys do that makes you fit please do share as well..

35 inches waistline is a disaster waiting to happen, it is really bad for the heart and movement. To reduce that size, I will advise you to do Yo-Yo regularly or dance you way to better health.

Yeah I heard belly dancing is good for the waist. I started doing that and another thing is I try to play ball with my daughter and do more household work. Thanks for the advise!

Hi yuna,

Thanks for this info. At 34, I should really be looking closer at my health if I want to live healthier and longer for my twin daughters. Currently my waistline is at 30" (LOL!) And I am exerting effort to do some exercise everyday. I must admit that it really is a challenge for me since I am not fond of any physical activities - except for swimming but it takes a lot of money to do that.

So to help me get in shape, I cook more vegetables and fish instead of the usual pork and beef. I am also helping the twins to trim down since they are also overweight. I am still dealing with jumping rope and hula hoop 100X everyday. That's the advice given to me by Dr. Twins wink

wow 30 inches! I envy you! Honestly I'm not in cooking especially vegetables so I usually buy those at home.

I will definitely need to do my exercise more everyday. Hmm hoola hoop, that's not a bad idea at all!

Hi Sweetie

My waist isn't in danger

I'm tall and average weight

I also have a 6 month old great dane

that must be walked daily so I excersize about

2 hours a day...I go slow but I go

Hi yuna, thanks for the tip maybe I had better start excercising again. At one time I used to excersise at home on my twister for 10mins then a couple of ballet bar excersises tthen balancing on a chair go up and down for strength in my legs..boy it worked and I lost about 2 sizes in dress..obviously it didn't happen overnight but it would be worth doing again..its just getting the 'initiative' again and making a daily routine!..littleowl
