Are you scared of stairs?

I don't know why, but everytime i climb stairs, im scared of falling down them.
Is this normal?

No it is not normal
.If the stairs are small in size or it is slippery than you can have the fear of falling down.I live in the forth floor of my building with no life.I everyday have to climb up and down the stairs.Even there are shops on the first floor.I climb stairs over there also.

I feared as much. lol.
When i was younger (and more active), i would climb even the roofs of my house and the neighbors as well, jump down from 5-6 feet from the storage house roofs and more. Now, old age is getting me.

I once fell UP concrete stairs at my high school, in front of a bunch of people. I wouldn't say I'm SCARED of stairs because of it, but whenever I see concrete stairs like the ones my old high school had - I'm reminded of that experience (and then I make sure to be careful not to fall up - or down them, again).
I think it's normal! Although hopefully you don't let that fear stop you from climbing stairs!

Thanks for sharing your experience.
In high school, once i tripped and sat down on the next stair. That was pretty funny actually. But still, i think that's when i started to wonder what would have happened if i fell all the way through.
Since then, i've been feeling kinda scared of stairs.
