Hellooo!!I have a question for you. What do you think about sterilization to male cats?I have a male one and I do not know if I should it or not.If not, is he go to have problems? You see he is in the house and can not go out ,except balcony on 5th floor,so he can't find a kitty to...I think of getting him a kitty(once in five months)at home, but will he... or my house is going to become a jungle??

Male cats need to be neutered. They make so much better pets that way. If you don't do this sooner or later he'll get out and contribute to the vast over population of unwanted cats. Also he will start to spray and once he does that you'll have a hard time breaking him and your house will smell of cat. I have always found that a neutered male is much more loving then a fixes female. Not that they can't be loving also. Good luck

Yes unneutered males fight each other all the time and end up with torn ears, abscesses from the bites and generally just beat up. Lots of Vet bill with this.

You need to have them fixed. Male or female, needs to be done. I have two and they stay in the house, both are fixed. There has been several times that they make the great escape and sneak out. It only takes one escape to become a daddy.

Responsible pet owners get their pets neutered or spayed. It is better for their health, for the over-population of cats and for your sanity. Un-neutered males spray which is a terrible odor very hard to get out. A neutered cat will not try to escape at every chance. It is no more unnatural than having a cat as a pet. You need to do this for your cat's sake and your own.

pet cats should be fixed no matter it's a he or she unless you are a breeder. cats can live for over ten years and they usually give birth to several kittens every time. just do the math, in a few years your home would be full of cats. can you managers so many cats living with you? and when cats are on heat, they acts differently and it would annoy you. they meow loudly and the sound was unpleasant to our ears and they pee just everywhere. having them fixed, they would always be good cats. The early to have them fixed the better. you could take them to vets when they reach 6 mouths.

my opinion about your question is sterilize it.i have a dog, a female, and i sterilize it. i understand, from the veterinar, that the risk of cancer is reducd to 200% to sterilized dogs or cats.i never regret what i did and the opration is very easy. so, do it.
