Do you think digital scrapbooking is therapeutic?

Nothing beats the real thing though. The scent of the fabrics and papers. The sound of cutting and feeling of pasting. The intimate relationship between the creator and the project. The fact that you know you have to have imagination before proceeding because you know you can't delete or undo what you've done. Hehehe... The amazing feeling of satisfaction once you finish it.

Scrapbooking is just amazing.

I can't really compare it to digital scrapbooking though.

But to each his/her own.

To me, digital scrapbooking is one of the most therapeutic activities that there is.
I realize that there is a much larger community of traditional scrapbookers, but I tried it and realized that it just isn't my thing. I found that when I was traditonally scrapping, I was more tense. I was worried that I would mess something up and that I would go through way too much money.
As a digital scrapbooker, I can cast those fears aside. I don't have to worry about the cost of the supplies because I can reuse them over and over again. I can take out my feelings on the screen and make myself feel better. I just love everything about it.
By finding this personal destressor, I have found that my life is a lot happier than it was in the past. Not only that, my children will both have a complete history of their lives when they get older.
