Doesn't Tim Geithner, the Secretary of Treasury, remind you of George?

I was just thinking this morning, that Tim Geithner, the secretary of treasury, reminds me of that Seinfeld character, George Costanza. Poor George always failed at every job he had, and some he even 'faked' his way through. The two don't look anything alike, but boy, their personalities are the same.

I laughed out loud when I read your heading! Another difference (besides looks) is the level of position and responsibility. I would have n problem with Geitner if he was making my burger!

Yeah, I guess cheating on one's taxes wouldn't keep one from asking,"Would you like fries with that?"

It might, though. If someone asking "would you like fries with that?" cheated on their taxes, they'd be in jail.

I think his appointment was a very bad choice and he obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Where are all the deputies he's supposed to have helping him? He hasn't bothered appointing any! How will anything get done?! In fact, this whole administration is as riddled with corruption and tax cheats as I've ever seen.

We're getting nothing because the president is still campaigning! He's not in his office enough to get any work done. He's off to California today, on the expensive Air Force One, to hype a new thing to the people. He's been flying all over the place pushing his programs, just like he's on the campaign trail and I don't think he's doing much work. Last night he spent time with a sports guy picking out basketball teams for some kind of series. We're not getting a lot of work out of the guy!

Well, the way I see it, (tongue in cheek, of course) this whole administration is about NOTHING, to paraphrase an episode in the Seinfeld show. It's sad, because people voted in Obama to do something, not nothing. I'm not a Democrat, but if I were one, I wouldn't be to satisfied with with what I'm seeing up in Washington right now. Too bad people can't get their money back like they can when they return something to the store.
