you can't help it. glad your hubby has adjusted to it. i think everybody probably snores some. i sleep alone so don't know how bad i am but my dog doesn't seem to mind. lol. i have to sleep w/ oxygen so don't know if you snore w/that or not. happy snoring!!

Yes I know one too although I have never heard her.
She too has been told that she snores but she is not disturbing others most of the time. I know that she gets a good night's sleep and it doesn't wake her up, well only once or twice. I also know that she has no idea what to do to stop it.

Hi twoey68! I used to sleep like a baby before but when I added some pounds (20 pounds approximately), I began snoring. My husband jokes about it and I just laughed it off. I do snore when I got so tired during the day. Sometimes it is really loud and sometimes, i don't snore at all. I really am trying to slim down a bit thinking that it will probably help somehow.

I am a woman and I have been told by more than one person, my husband included that I snore very loudly. Everyone in my household snores, including my 4 year old daughter. I have heard that snoring is because you are extremely tired. I have also heard another reason for snoring is lack of oxygen in the blood, etc. I am not sure but maybe it is an inherited thing too.



When we have had overnight guests they usually complain and say that we all snored so loudly that it was hard for them to fall asleep!

I don't snore, just wheeze a bit sometimes. Both my ex and my mother used to snore, though.
Now, in another discussion you mentioned wanting to lose weight, and I've heard that heavier people snore more, so if you're successful in your weight loss, maybe your snoring will decrease.

I've woken myself up snoring, too! You're not alone, believe me! I don't do it every night, I don't think, because when my mom stays with me she never complains or mentions it, but I know I snore. So does one of my dogs--talk about a freight train, Gus does a great imitation!!

Her snores were so loud that I can even hear it in the living room while she sleeps in the bedroom and the door was closed. I think thats the reason why her husband left her

I know several women that snore, and I don't see any problem with it.

you know snoring is realy disturbing thing.But the problem is you cant control it.You have nothing to do though You know its disturbing for anybody even for you.Specially when a woman is victim of this snoring thing I know it is a big pain in every society.Because everybody things that woman should be perfect.You know it is not right to think like this.Snoring is a problem and every living thing of this world should face probelem.So dont get frustated.

Now the answer of your first question.I know a woman who snore.Actually She snore in a high voume.Wanna know who is she? she is my mom.
