Do you prefer the survey sites which offers entry to their lucky draw as a incentive for our participation in the surveys? Usually I will not take such survey as no one know who is winning the contest, are they paying really to the winners etc.,

No way, like you, I don't take part in those surveys - if they want your opinion, they should be up front about how much they are willing to pay for it. I also bale out of surveys that ask for really personal details such as DOB and wage. If they want those details, they should pay properly for the privilege. I do yougov, pureprofile and dNeero surveys nowadays - I used to do Ciao, but got fed up with them asking too many 'qualification' questions. They started to get into the habit of asking you fifteen questions before telling you that you didn't qualify - I'd already completed half a survey for them for nothing!! I got particularly annoyed as some of the questions are answered in my profile, (ie. gender age...etc) why send me the survey if they already know I won't qualify?? I got one once which went like this:Survey: 'Are you.....?' Me: 'Yes' Survey: 'Sorry, you don't qualify for this survey...' Me: @@**!!??££...OK, in a way, they were probably doing what I wanted ie. checking my profile, but they COULD have done that without sending the sodding survey to my email address!!

l don't believe that type of survey sites. l usually would go for those survey sites that offers direct payment into my account, by check or paypal service. Because lm not sure whether they will be paying me for the lucky draw, just like what you had said..

Yes. I will not take surveys for the sites who offer the gift vouchers and cards also. We should be the deciding authority in spending our money. Not the others.By giving such gift vouchers, we are forced to buy something in the desired shops and I don't like this. Thanks for your participation.

I think that you should be compensated for your time and being entered into a drawing or having a chance for a reward is just not sufficient. If you take the time to answer a survey you should either do it for the sake of doing it or if a reward is offered it should be a real one.

I prefer those that offer monetary compensation in return. I am a very stastical person, which means I don't believe in winning by chance. I would rather have a 100% chance at earning $1.00 then a 1 in 1,000,000 in getting $1,000,000. Furthermore, Survey Sites which give you an entry in their lucky draw as a reward for completing the survey can easily cheat their members as they would not know who won the lucky draw. The sites can just create several accounts for themselves, select them as the winners of each lucky draw they hold and not pay any of the other members.

You are in the same view of me. The rewards may be low, but I want that amount should be credited into our account. As you told , who knows who won the draw? Is there any option to confirm the winner. Most of the sites are now having such draws only nowadays. Thanks for your valuable opinion.
