I just read an interesting statistic-(maybe not to you,but it's a subject for discussion-lets hear what you think!) 9000 flash drives were lost (or found, depending on your viewpoint!) in launderettes last Year in the UK ! Wherever you may live, have you ever lost one of these gadgets? Thanks for responses!

I misplace it often but I usually find it, thank goodness. Last year it had my lesson plans and class handouts and so forth on it. I haven't been using it this year but I should probably look and see what it has in case I need something at the last minute.

How would you carry yours around with You usually? On its own,on a lanyard,or hooked onto your bunch of keys? It seems odd to me that so many drives were being carried around apparently loose or misplaced after being tossed into the laundry basket..

I used to keep it in my bag that I took to work, It didn't come with anything to hook it to and wear it and I wouldn't want it on my keys.

I've never lost a flash drive per se, but I accidentally left one in the pocket of my scrub top, and it got washed. Needless to say, it failed to operate properly after that mishap. lol

I think it's better to be blissfully unaware when they're going through yet another spin cycle, than realising in mid wash where it was, don't you?
