I need some music help!!!

I don't think I can help you much on this one as most of my musical tastes would make your ears bleed, for I am a rocker.

But I do like most kinds of music, one of my favorite Irish bands though would be clannad and I would recommend any of their albums to you, they are very soothing to listen to. Other than that I am at a loss. You could check out some of there music on youtube first before you go updating the ipod.

i personally am a big fan of the 80's because that is when i grew up. not a big fan of a lot of the so called artists of today, but of the ones i do like Kelly Clarkson of American Idol fame would probably be may favorite. i love her new song my life would suck without you have to listen to it before i go to sleep it is really good.

I am one of the golden oldies so I cannot really help you with the modern stuff as they all sound the same to me and that is noise, see what I mean? can't stand them, they are noise polluters, my hubby don't agree with me though as he loves them.

To me, pretty mellow stuff, not too bad. Something to knod your head to.

A lot of people like Norah Jones. She is a very peaceful sounding artist to me. I'd compare her more to Colbie Callait, or however you spell it. Also, Michael Buble. He is someone who if you have not heard, you will definitely enjoy. He is quite an amazing musician.

and I absolutely love Ne-Yo! Ne-Yo sings incredibly! His
newest CD, Closer is great, it's kind of mellow stuff, well
sort of and Keisha Cole is nice to and even Beyonce! They
are not really ear-bleeding stuff, well maybe Beyonce? But,
the are all great music! Definitely try Ne-Yo, I just love
him to pieces!

I love music but I am not so good about knowing who sings what. A few of my favorite more current artists are 3 Doors Down and Leona Lewis. I also like Chris Daughtry. I found that comment about not making your ears bleed, to be very funny. I know what you mean.

That's all I have that's both "today" and "easy listening" so...try those! Very nice songs.

There are a few reasonable ones that won't drive you nuts, and that I think the youngsters might like. I don't know all the titles, but I'll give you a few artists too. I'm going by my granddaughter, who is seventeen. She likes Pink, McFly and Girls Aloud quite a lot. Then there are a few I quite like, such as Evanescence's My Immortal and Call Me When You're Sober, The Calling are pretty good too. They've made quite a few good ones, Daniel Beddingfield, and D.J. Sammie with Heaven.

I can't think of any more off the top of my head, but they should keep you busy for a while, my friend. Brightest Blessings.
