What craft do you enjoy doing?

My favourite craft is cardmaking. I also enjoy scrapbooking. Ive made and swapped the odd ATC (artist trading cards) in the past too. Im also wanting to try quilling one day, I have all the materials I just need to sit down and practice!

A great craft website is www.docrafts.co.uk Its got a great crafting forums. Its UK based but ev€eryone is relly friendly and can give great ideas and advice. I usually get alot of my cardmaking ideas from there website and magazine. I just thought I'd share that link with you!:)

i also was into beaded jewelry a year or so ago but have been pretty busy crocheting as of late. One for my grand daughter when she was born in '07 and then now for my other grand daughter due in June. So that is what I am currently enjoying to do.

I do many kinds of crafts,candle making,beading,scrapbooking,latchook.I guess it depends on what my circumstances are.I mean like where I am.I need more space and a stove as well as a few hours time to make candles.Where the beading and latchook takes less space and can be portable.Latchook is not as technical as beading.For instance it can be done in the car or on the bus.With beading they can be dropped and hard to find on the bus floor!

I can't really choose a particular craft that I like the best,it also depends on what mood I am in and what the need is.For example,if my friend was having a baby I would probably want to make a baby scrapbook or a latchook rug.

I do cardmaking with rubber stamps...scrapbooking...painting on glass and some sewing. I really enjoy the time I spend in my craft room. I think it's relaxing and also you have some instant gratification from holding something in your hand that you acutally created!

I have made jewelry and some other things and I teach children to make things. I am curious to see some of your items you have made from indigenous materials. Do you have any photographs that you can share with us here on myLot?

Good you found something you enjoy doing.
I used to read books, swallow them, daily.
I could not go by without having a book.
Now, my life it's a little bit busy, with teenagers and financial problems, so I have no time for reading.
Except for the time I'm in the washroom (lol) and that's for newspapers on;y.
Oh, yes, I do slve some Sudoku puzzles before getting to sleep.This helps me relax and get ready for the night.
You go ahead with what you're doing, don't quit.It's awesome to something that you like and continue enjoying this!

I like knitting and crocheting, especially, if the pattern is very simple. This allows me to create the piece without too many interruptions. Now and again I like to create an intricate piece.

I learned to crochet not too long ago, and I'm making my boyfriend an afghan. I also love to sew, but it's hard to find patterns that I actually like.

I found a tutorial a while ago on making books, and I've been saving up some nice paper to try it out. Scrapbooking is a lot of fun, too!

I also enjoy beading I have a preference for bracelets and for a while I made so many that I also sold them, actually quite well. My inspiration has run low and I stoped beading until the muse comeback, In the other hand I enjoy painting and even thou I am no Van Gogh, I do relax while painting.

I don't know if this would be considered as a craft but well i love making stuff from white clay^_^ Sometimes i'd make just plain happy birthday sculptures or maybe even make a jewelery box, yea out of clay. Just a simple one at that. But most of the times, i only make stuff to give as gifts to friends and family.=D
