I know - sounds like a personal right? Well, I can only seem to find multivitamins for kids and old people. I am 19, I am female, and no - I do not get the nutrients I need and would like to start taking a multivitamin. Anybody know what to look for or have any suggestions for me?

Do you have a doctor? Is there a health food store such as Whole Foods near you? The best person to ask is someone who works with nutrition.

The closest civilization besides the grocery store I work with is 30 miles away. I may give my doctor a call but I've only met her once.

That doesn't sound funny at all because there just doesn't seem to be vitamins made for people between childhood and old age. I might start doing that. Thanks for the information!

The body needs vitamins. It seems you can´t get them in your normal diet (I won´t go into that). Any multivitamins for growups will do. Why is it that you think you don´t get the nutrients you need? Maybe it would help if you could learn some cooking skillsTake care, sweetie

I am a very picky eater so a lot of the things found in good foods for most people - I miss out on. And I know - I could suck it up and eat the things I don't like. But I'd rather not. It's not grown-ups per say but the vitamins I find are good for arthritis and osteoporosis prevention and stuff. I don't need that at this point in my life.
