At what age should children be allowed to have and use cellphones?  | |  It's school holiday time here. On the way to work i could not but help notice a couple of a school kids not older than 12 years happily engaged in conversations on thier cellphones.

This made me wonder as to what age would be right for children to start using cell phones? When do you think that children can start using the cellphone with responsibility?
