I'm sure by now many of you saw my rant yesterday reguarding Obama's comments to tea party goers. I just paid the white house website a visit and thought I'd drop a note to him. Now, I didn't call him out to the street, though believe me I am still angry enough to do so, but I did demand an apology, lol, as if THATS going to happen. Here are my words: [i]
Mr. Obama,
I am writing in reference to some comments you made yesterday reguarding tea party attendees. I will not mince words in this, I found your attitude condiscending, insulting and arrogent. You openly insulted millions of people. It is one thing to trade blows with congressional members, but when you begin insulting the people you serve, then you, sir, have stepped far over the line. I find it unfitting the office you serve and completely out of line with what we expect from a CEO in your position.
I am writing on behalf of the millions of people you blatently insulted and DEMAND you publicly and personaly apologize for your rude and disgracefull behavior.
Gil Donovan,

I noticed your last post on the subject already got pulled.
But I am sure you kinda saw that coming.
Good for you. I am glad you wrote. But don't hold your breath. It is open season on us tea party goers. From the president, homeland security and the media.

I'm pretty sure agents have already been dispatched to xfahctor's home to investigate him. He was already on their watchlist as a threat by voting for Chuck Baldwin. Add the tea party to that and now directly questioning the messiah? That's three strikes...

Too bad we can't award the OP with BR for this discussion!

I did not see or hear the comments that he made. However, the Tea Party People do have the right of Freedom of speech and should not be insulted. They are tax payers and they have a right to have their voice heard. I am very sorry that he feels that some Americans or less important than others. That is very sad. I do no not feel that this was the change that was promised. I would like to know what was said. @AngryKittyMSV (4317)

That is an excellent note, I am very proud of you that you were able to express so clearly what many of us feel without resorting to the expletive laced tirades that we ALL at this point wish we could get away with saying to him after his latest egregious insult to the American people.

Was that other discussion deleted? I wanted to go back to it and I wasn't able to find it.
I didn't see what he said. I did read it. I don't disagree with everything he said, but I'll agree that he did come off as condescending.
You're letter was well written and I admire that you took the time to send it.
I think you spelled condescending wrong. How did you miss that?

You said it wonderfully. I felt the same way and wished that I had voiced my opinion. I think the more people who do the better. I know there are many people that are upset by this.
