what wii you do when your spouse doesn't love you?  

In my opinion, divorce is the best choice. In a relation if don t exist love...nothing exist.
Who say that maybe...in the future will be better are wrong.
Love is the important thing. If 2 persons don t love each other, they will failed, soon or later.

I would probably be devastated if my fiancee came home and told me he didn't love me anymore. Then again I don't ever see that happening. We have been together for almost 5 years now and well.....we have A LOT of love for each other. And we have quite the strong relationship.

I kept trying to make it work till he left me and our two sons. He left because a tramp from high school who he used to love pursued him. They carried on for a couple of years behind my back. She is very religious--ha! What a liar and hypocrite. I've forgiven him and my life is better now without him but I can never forgive her. And she has the nerve to preach to my grown sons about heaven and hell. What a cheap little tramp.

I just read your comment about your sister. Tell her to leave him and get a divorce. If he is that much of a jerk, she is better off without him. I would usually say try again but he is so inconsiderate of her feelings that he doesn't deserve her. Let her have a fresh start.

Men are selfish little boys and women are better off without them. I decided I'm done with men and I'm much happier for it.

a marital relationship should be based on love and trust and if that element is no longer there, it becomes unberable for both the parties concerned. each day becomes a strain and disagreements become a sort of routine affair. i have been through such a relationship and found it best to get out of it. now i guess we both are happy without each other.

First off, I would try figuring out what happened that they didn't love me anymore. Then, I would (if it were changeable) try to change that fact. If it were not changeable or I didn't want to change it, I would suggest that we seek marriage counseling to try to figure out a compromise. For example, this would be the case if they wanted me to stop being an activist. If none of that worked, as a last resort (especially if there were no kids), I would divorce them. Better, I figure, to walk away acting like civil people than to end up hating each other.
