Lunch Break

As a homeschool mom, I am very busy as I also have a job outside of the home. I find that my time is very important and I don't have the time to just sit and do nothing. However, I find that one of my biggest times that I can waste is my lunch break at work. How do you spend yours?
I was writing an article the other day about this exact subject. I thought of so many things that I could do. I usually find that if I do anything constructive it is to grade papers. However, I could spend that time reading, writing articles to enter on writing sites later. I also could spend the time planning what the kids will do the next day and now I could spend it planning my daughters' graduation.
Do you spend your lunch break relaxing or being productive?

I spent my lunch break today studying for an Economics Final. Which I took this afternoon, but have absolutely no idea how I did on it. It was one of those that I could have done really good, but perhaps I did really bad. I just didn't have a good feeling one way or another!
I also did a couple of loads of laundry today and took my daughter to put in an application at a day care center

Good luck on the final. I hope that you done well, I would say that economics is a good field to be studying right now as I am sure that there will be jobs there eventually. I am always doing laundry so I know what you mean there.

I do not have that much time for lunch break. Usually I am eating and working on myLot at the same time, then I have to get the dishes done. And then it is looking after my husband. I wish I could spend lunch just eating, but it never happens. Of course, we also have the Tv on, but unless it is very interesting, I do not watch it, and then my husband gets mad when I ask him what happened and he says I should have been watching. Well I was busy doing something else.

I do that when the television is on too. I usually get bored with it or feel that there are other things to be done. I usually read while I am trying to watch tv.

I work at home so I take my lunch break and work online at the same time. My days are very hectic also and I work any time I get the chance to do it because time is so limited for everything else.

I would like to work from home. I am trying now to get some sites paying that will allow me to do that as I know that I would be much happier.

I definitely dont do work on my lunch break! That is my time. I use it to enjoy myself. Lately I have been reading while I eat.
Last summer, I spent part of my lunch break everyday going to a walk. It is starting to get really nice out again. I think I may have to start that up!
Other days I will meet up with a coworker for lunch. We will spend the time just talking.
I think it is important for me to relax during this time. Like you, I dont have a lot of time to just sit around and do nothing. So I take that time at every opportunity I can!

I agree that you should use the time to relax,but sometimes I can't. I do like to read and I have been doing that some.
